However if you get a whiffle ball bat and fill it with concrete you get the same thing. To vary the weight if you mix in the Styrofoam beads into the concrete it makes it lighter (for the same volume).

Over $100 for 6kg from what I could find. Better off going to the hardware store and getting a sledge hammer for that. Heavier weights require a little craftsmanship.
