Try comparing BF3 on maxed settings with a video card like a GTX580 at 1920x1080p on a PC to call of duty on max settings with the same video card at same resolution.

I really love Bf3, especially because it's one of these rare games, where you can be a sniper who's actually doing some long range kills, something cod with its tiny maps will never be able to offer.
