No, he is from the Middle-East. He just reliazed that his religious brothers where not there for him when he most needed them. He realized that they were not doing acts of love. It is possible in most European countries and Latin-America is following. I think already two countries there do it. Its because we are living 2010 now and not anymore the middle ages (dark ages). People are getting little by little more tolerant. And we should be happy about it. Because tolerance means also freedom of thought => one can choose to practice any religion one chooses to. So, this should be reason to rejoice also for you.
Yes, lot of people think that this is dangerous. But we must remember that also muslims in west are getting more tolerant towards other people. There is only one conclusion that is possible to come to, as the personalities of the Quran & Bible are so very different and that is that YHWH and allah are completely different gods. Even Jesus said 'a house that is divided against itself will fall'. God cannot argue with himself! It is obvious that the Quran's author did not know the dealings of God with the Israelites but got mixed up on many issues and attempted to substitute characters ishmael for isaac and events eg Jesus not on cross!

he also forgot in the Quran, how he confused people and deceived them into thinking that Christ was crucified, when he wasn't (according to the quran). Allah couldn't remember to say , how he 'made it appear to be so'! In the Quran, allah forgot that he had promised the Messiah to be the Saviour of the World, (isaiah 53) and that Christ would be crucified (Psalm 22) and forgot that God is sending 2 more prophets in the last days, but instead said allah is the last one etc!!

They are actually opposites Such a discrepancy between them can only mean that they are from different authors ie different gods! Regarding 'mistakes' in holy books, you said if there is a mistake in it, how can it be the book of God? So then how can the Quran be the book of God, when it has mistakes in it? For instance just one of many, in place it tells us that the Pharoah was given a place in paradise, but in another he was sent to hell. Such mistakes are obvious and must be an example of what you called, mixing the truth with falsehood.

Ok, first misleading thing you have said in this video, is about disputes of historical events, names and biblical accounts, leading people to 'leave Christ'. If you were talking at start of 20 century, you may have a point! However, a lot has changed since then because archaeology has uncovered significant truths in the Bible about places, names and events! Islam which means submission, cannot save any person, because God requires far more than submission. Religion is mythology, the bible, koran, torah, bahagvadgita, etc etc are poetry, stories, history, prose, written by men. There are parts which are beautiful, there are valuable lessons and collections of human knowledge. That's it! To say that they are the works of a god is ludicrous! Thank you for the answer, really. I am not sure if that helps (changing the mosque) because they all seem to attack him because he is supporting his daughter being herself. He knows people from other mosques too and I think the respond was similar there. It seems like his view and opinions of life are changing. Its really strange that according to him, I am the only one listening him without judging him and his daughter. To me he is still the same human being no matter what,.

No, he is from the Middle-East. He just reliazed that his religious brothers where not there for him when he most needed them. He realized that they were not doing acts of love. They were more hateful trhan helpful. He, like me, realized that religion is only one way to see things in the world and not very modern one. Luckily in he and I live in a country where we have freedom of religion.

It is possible in most European countries and Latin-America is following. I think already two countries there do it. Its because we are living 2010 now and not anymore the middle ages (dark ages). People are getting little by little more tolerant. And we should be happy about it. Because tolerance means also freedom of thought => one can choose to practice any religion one chooses to. So, this should be reason to rejoice also for you.

Yes, lot of people think that this is dangerous. But we must remember that also muslims in west are getting more tolerant towards other people. Its not about hate so much anymore as it used to be hundreds of years ago. I know muslim people and they have no difficulty admitting that the law of the country they are living in, is above religious laws. So, when people realize that they can freely practice htier religion, they become more accepting and tolerant.

For your info, openly gay people won't be employed by any corporates in my country Japan. They survive by working as artists or working at gay bars.
In Asia, gays are still not socially accepted, regardless of religion.
And if you wanna know the story of prophet Luth (A.S.), you'll get the same story in Torah or Old Testament. Or watch movies such as "Sodom and Gomorrah", "Genesis" etc...

As far as I know, there are very few Muslim majority nations adopt Hudud law which controls Muslim citizens' conducts, public or private.
And even with that strict version of legal system, they still can't catch gays for being gays. It takes witnesses on sodomy, or gay involving prostitution...unless he/she legally declares that gay rights.

Thats why many islamic countries (not all!) are...well, I would not call it with the word you did, because even in islamic countries despite the system, there are lot of wonderful individuals and eventually, they can improve things if they don´t get killed because of speaking out.

I used to have lots of gay co-workers, many were born Muslims, some were born Christians and other religions.
At that time I found Muslim society being tolerant of gays.
Many Muslim gay friends got married (hetero-sexually!) and had kids on their own decision, against their sexual preferrences.

God made two covenant's with Abraham. one with Issac the other Ishmael. circumcision was Abrahams way of obeying God. but to say circumcision or keeping the law gave justifcation to Abraham is not true. it was his faith. so Paul was right in correcting them. they were still trying to bring people under the law. not understanding they were redeemed by the blood of the lame. after christ gave up his life.
