@SLG7cello Elle got shot in the fisherking episode and then shot a rapist in season 2 episode 5 and thats why she left. Gideon's girlfriend got murdered in the end of season 2 and he left in the beginning of season three... btw Emily Prentiss replaced Elle and David Rossi replaced Gideon..
