@FiveCentsPlease i think the reason this 190 has so many modern instrumentation and so little orginal is because this is a "new build" 190. In other words it's a replica.
Especially like the throttle quadrant. Very neat. Im just about to start building a full cockpit into my 1/6 Fw190, so this vid will come in very handy.

there was a blindspot cam & the place where you can see the screen, they had this to!!!
they could watch underneath/behind/left-right & it was also connected to the GUNCAM which you see on discoverychannel...
So it doesnt really ruin the plane at all,
BTW;
the buttons are not correct!!!

the buttons are incorrect,
they used an handled wheel to rotate the cam to front-side-back view,
& they used a scrollwheel (like on the mouse of a pc) to go up and down,
they had an switch to turn the lens to front or back in a instand...
very often tere where problems with this switch...
