no it's not "forced" into that shape. I train and show Morgans as well, you can't force a horse to set up like that especially not doing so and keeping them happy, just like this horse is the whole time they are driving him.
Morgan's are built and bred to travel and frame up the way they do. If they were forced to travel and set up this way, explain why when you put a Morgan Foal out to pasture a few days after birth they set up and travel just like this horse is doing when being driven?
I prefer daisy clippers.

they're keeping his nose in, which is something almost every horse needs to learn how to do, not his head up.

Yeah, I know. He was in training with David Rand at the time. My good friend Casey McDonald owned him for a while. Such a nice horse.
