liddell had his day, give him some credit, but - he's been ko'ed 7 times in 21 fights. rampage handed him his ass in the 1st fight. chuck said it was a fluke, and then jackson did exactly the same in the 2nd fight. i know mma is tough and its easy to talk. still, i don't see chuck as being all that great. his record speaks for itself.

Fools that say Liddell is nothing don't know MMA at all. You obviously weren't aware of it before it became mainstream - the days when we were all hoping and praying that the sport would be accepted. Telling everyone that it was the sport of the future and nobody would listen. If it wasn't for chuck and randy MMA would still be in the dark ages and considered a freak show. Only a moron with no talent would pay a high profile mma club to give him half assed training. No great fighters ever started by paying high profile clubs to train them. They trained at their own gyms until they were discovered and after proved their worth joined closed training sessions with full time trainers and pros.

Dude, if you read Chuck Liddell's book, "Iceman," he talks about how Mr Hackleman and his Pit is the toughest training he has ever done. What they show here isn't even a warmup! It's a good book, btw...I recommend it highly!
