If this case is real, you might want to try contacting A&E Network. It's probably a long shot, but they produce programming dealing with government corruption and watchdogs. Could give you the exposure you need. There is also Dateline, 60 Minutes, and the like (all of which I'm not sure I trust), though you've probably thought of this already.
20/20 did a story on this back in the day when Barbara Walters and whats his name Geraldo Rivera were on the show.. to get even deeper into this, check unsolved mysteries, bizzare murders
i don't like ANY of it actually.I do admire someone who would try to do what the cops SHOULD have done already though.
