  • This song is one of my favorites of theirs. MBM is severely underrated.

  • @tyhdavis hmmm.........its mine too but you have too understand that this song wasnt severely underated by the generation of real rave culture!!!! to us it was just as brilliant then as it is now your probably a bit young to remember those days 91-98 totaly different rave generation for one our x was real and not asperin toxins and baby laxatives lol there wer djs but mostly they wer bands so i think people wer more loyal too the bands then the dj of that era but its cool u looked too the past

  • I want this song up on ITunes RIGHT NOW!!!

  • very cool beats! i don't understand how i never heard about them before...

  • @asztapaszta9 cause electronic music it´s bigger, I think i haven't heard some really good tracks too, not the case with Minstream-MBM but maybe others.

  • These guys are underrated...they have made some tremendous tunes

  • Satyricon is up there with Violator, Screamadelica, Blue Lines etc... an essential record! Is it only me who thinks the album doesn´t sounds loud enough?

  • No, it def needs to be re-mastered and this remix should be included. It may sound like the original, but there were some add-ons that make this version even sicker.

  • awesome record...never loud enuff! one of the best live shows...seen them wit Consolidated bout 20 years ago:)

  • @jakubpetricek yeah...id say its due for a remastering or something...im sure the vinyl was nice and loud

  • @jakubpetricek I just turn my hifi up to 11. Great album.

  • @jakubpetricek ... youre right ..it IS very quietly mastered .. maybe Jack should remaster it ..

  • this tune is top, i'm not one for lyrics but this track carries the essence of Kraftwerk into breakbeat realms and that is musical evolution at its finest

  • almost a sin to listen to MBM without high quality headphones

  • ... or listen with >= 15" bass speakers :) pump up the volume...

  • @gschmitt

AMEN brother ! unfortunately, I can't play loud music here and face my neighbors in the morning ;(

but the HEADPHONE experience is not to be missed for the SUBLIMINAL sounds - Jack is no slouch when it comes to lacing dope beats with a message beyond the obvious lyrics - peace ^^

  • oh thank god.....you guys have no idea what I have been through....i was watching some Combichrist and Angelspit videos and I thought I wasnt going to make it...thankfully Jack is here to save me from the crap

  • no more supersaws. that sound should be BANNED. Jack has real synths, and alot of analog effects. analog ftw.

  • the best! reminds me of the beach. heard this so long ago yet it still feels fresh.

  • I love this band I've seen them 3 times live!

  • brilliant album!!!!!!!! timeless!

  • long live the original

  • I wanted to hear the original as I love Aphex Twin's mix in 26 Mixes For Cash. Haha, it sounds nothing like it. Great track.

  • Amazing album, amazing track. Ahh youth. I was a freshman in HS when this came out. Changed my life.

  • das is einfach extrem leiwand

  • incredible tune from 16 years ago,incredible Danger`s!!

  • cool song ^_^

  • One of the best dance outfits of all time!

  • sometimes it sounds like depeche mode hardcore

  • Hmm... Are you sure you have the song title right? I think this one is "Original Control"...?

  • Nevermind.. I see they named it in the video. Sounds a lot different than the one I had on my album, anyway.. whoops! Peace!

  • i like the original version.

  • I keep the original LP as being gold. One of the best albums ever.

  • Satyricon was the album I had my first hallucinogenic experience with mushrooms with.

And I made love to that album like it was God.

I still keep that CD in it's gem-case, locked away in my closet for safe keeping, when it's necesary to provide a positive atmosphere with up-beat music, constantly, for over 60 minutes.

Walking around my college campus with headphones on, while nobody noticed why I was smiling so widely and my pupils were dilated was fun though. Loads of fun.

  • Well, that's just fantastic, Mr. McDopey.

  • satyricon os one of my fav albums back in 1992, together with orbitals brown album, the orbs u.f.orb and experience by the prodigy... great times, being a slave to the rhythm!

  • These dudes played a pub down the street from me a couple weeks ago... pissed that I had to miss them.

  • satyricon is their best before was hip pop after was technoise.

  • a had one of his CDs for a while, pretty cool

too bad he only sings one note most of the time

  • god is good! so great to hear this! i was a slave to this rhythm for years! recently saw something was being released by MBM on itunes. ty for this!

  • It is really scary how great this band still is after almost 20 years of listening to them. I do think that this song is timeless. Thank you for the post.

  • What year was this?? '93 if I'm not wrong...awesome

  • Wow - VH1 played this!?

  • Jack Dangers a true pioneer of his time.

    MBM=Timeless

  • i have swallowed one or a thousand beans to this track...still sounds awesome

  • grande MBM!!!

  • Mindstream is simply sublime. After all these years, Satyricon is still among my all-time favorite albums. It just doesn't get old.

  • i freecked out on AciD!! MBM soo ahead of their time....one of my ten albums ever!!

  • "I freaked out very, very badly..... uh, I don't think I'll take acid again though before I thought that was the best thing in the world. I never want it again.....never acid again "

  • This song used to be a staple during my X days...

  • Genios, estilo unico, gracias!

  • I woke up this morning with this stuck in my head. Not that that's a bad thing=P

  • I always loved the bassline in this. And the guitar line in the beginning is great. This is not the album mix for sure.

  • Top Tune! thanks for uploading!

  • Saw these guys in Providence in 1994 or so. It was a killer show, they could barely fit all their gear on the stage.

  • saw it live 1992! satyricon rulez!

  • the best album of MBM

  • i think so too... i listened to that album to death

  • I think so too, best year for electronic anyway

  • The late 70's are my generations 1950's

  • Great song

  • plur out man

  • The early 90s are my generations 1960s
