Can someone confirm this for me? Rock Band was first to use full band and Guitar Hero World Tour basically copied? I'm not sure, but anyway, one of the arguments I heard for GHWT was "they called it world tour because there's a whole band", my first thought no "No, they would've called it GH: Full Band, World tour doesn't reference a full band." Anyway isn't there a game called Band Hero? Wow, I wonder how they thought of the name. -.-

Basically all you need to do. Is have 2 videos. One of you playing and one of the screen (preferably a capture card) then in any video editing program really. You can cut out a certain part of the screen and underlay the video (having them overlap) which in turn gets you this effect. Also, obviously. You can do this with as many layers as you want and move the underneath video around to get nice positioning. Like SantoOs92 said already. You can do this with Sony Vegas.
