Man almost every single review of halo reach is a 9.5 and state every little detail of why the game got this score and it's 100% true but people hate the game. Reach has the best Graphics I've ever seen, and cod is nothing more than a fucked up copy that was supposed to look different by using a different era. For all we know, the guys who made cod could have stolen Halo 1's game engine to make their games.

When was the last time this guy actually played the campaign of Halo 3?-the graphics have been upgraded far beyond that of halo 3. it runs in 1080i for pete sakes. @Tproffitt23 Halo reach doesnt run in 1080 because technicaly the 360 cant even reach 720, its max is about 680 and thats why games such as BF3 are giving extra discs to streamline extra resi from the hard-drive at sacrafice for fps JUST to get simple 720 HD.

Also, times had obviously changed from 3 to this and at the time of Reach's release they weren't that great. Another thing, 9.5 isn't bad, AT ALL. The campaign is EPIC on heroic and the 2nd best of the series. However the soundtrack wasnt quite as good as previous ones, I mean it was great just not AS great as previous ones. Forge is amazing, firefight is okay, but Multiplayer has something for everyone. Custom Games is EPIC with friends! 9.8/10, more replay value than any other game I own
Neither CoD or Halo Reach is decent game, still they put same mistakes up again and again. I used to like both of them but then I started to look for the real vaule in generally, for me these two series aren't just the ones I prefer, Reach multiplayer needs tweaking and call of duty has become a reaction game where everyone uses powerfull wepons and the one starting the fight, wins. I miss the times when games were fun but it could be just the way I may have chanced in past years.

I dont know reach to me felt like it was missing something. Halo Reach was certainly awsome when it came to its multiplayer ,firefight and forge, soundtrack and the just badass characters of noble team however the campaign was a let down for me because it lacked a few things . eg lack of big army battles and the almost lifeless planet reach made me think that bungie gave more attention to the multiplayer rather than the campaign and just rushed it . I would give the game a 8.9/ 9.0

While I can agree with the fact that the graphics weren't the greatest ever, but still nice, wtf, this is better than Black ops on so many levels!!!! BO has no forge, no customizable co-op (zombies vs. firefight), and their game types are very limited in terms of diversity. Neither CoD or Halo Reach is decent game, still they put same mistakes up again and again. I used to like both of them but then I started to look for the real vaule in generally, for me these two series aren't just the ones I prefer, Reach multiplayer needs tweaking and call of duty has become a reaction game where everyone uses powerfull wepons and the one starting the fight, wins. I miss the times when games were fun but it could be just the way I may have chanced in past years.

They gave cod 10/10 and 9,5/10 to Halo because of the graphics not being "mind blowing" WTF? Look at Cod, they havent changed the graphics for 5 years or something. Cod 4 has the same graphics as Black ops.
Machinima are just a bunch of cod fanboys.

I dont know reach to me felt like it was missing something. Halo Reach was certainly awsome when it came to its multiplayer ,firefight and forge, soundtrack and the just badass characters of noble team however the campaign was a let down for me because it lacked a few things . eg lack of big army battles and the almost lifeless planet reach made me think that bungie gave more attention to the multiplayer rather than the campaign and just rushed it . I would give the game a 8.9/ 9.0

@DemoniacHorde I agree with you. Reach has all new graphics engine. They obviously need serious gamers to review games. There is no way that reach looks like ODST or Halo 3. There is no way that Black Ops deserves a 10, when in fact Cod is using the same old crappy engine from Cod4.

Why is "Not mind blowing graphics" a bad thing? You said yourself the graphics look great. You can tell Bungie tried their best with all the content in the game, like the tribute room. Reach is the best console shooter ever made. It's the game that keeps on giving. With forge you get endless game modes game types maps and different creations like greens machines griff ball and others. Cod black ops tried taking from halo but failed. This coming grime sum1 who used to bash Halo until I gave it a chance. I used to be hardcore cod now I can't even play that garbage

SIRUSLY THE STORY MODE IN BLACK COCKS SUCKS IF u compare it to the on in halo reach. Only thing in black ops was the multiplayer.. and they even removed quick scope like only reason that cod was fun. Halo reach have so much more to offer off gameplays,game mods,things to do,weapon style Etc Etc...

While I can agree with the fact that the graphics weren't the greatest ever, but still nice, wtf, this is better than Black ops on so many levels!!!! BO has no forge, no customizable co-op (zombies vs. firefight), and their game types are very limited in terms of diversity. Also, the damn thing is imba, since u can just rank up and automatically have an advantage over lower players, whereas in halo, everyone is on the same level as far as weapons and abilities are concerned.

So "pillar of autumn" was the only mission where it felt like a full scale war? So the destruction and civilian deaths on "exodus", the whole "tip of the spear" mission or "the package" never felt like you involved in anything full scale? Laughable. And the reason that you didn't get TOO involved into anything full scale is because the Spartans are prized fighters and only used where absolutely necessary. Retard.
