I actually was at the final performance of this song at the Homestead records showcase at CBs, July '87. The film clips are cool and go with the song. There was a lot of great bands during the death throws of vinyl independent records.
Wow, this is really mellow for these guys. What album is this on. I still listen to "Power Toy" regularlly (and the 1st ep on occasion), but have not heard "One Way Conversation" in ages - none of that was this mellow so where did this tune come from?
This is from a 7" they put out in....85 or 86. It was also on the Homestead Records Wailing Ultimate compilation. You can still find that CD used on ebay and Amazon.

Yes, Dave. Phantom Tollbooth were great. I saw them do this song at CBs back in '87.
