@sabird1 This is my thought on it which i think is more accurate, the reason behind teh cars being able to float is because they still have air inside of them making them more boyent or however it's spell, cars don't sink until the water fills the care, and since the water is more then maybe 10 ft deep the car would not sink completely, but that's my theory behind it.

The car in the footage belongs to a taxi, that is why the camera is mounted and that is why the clients goes back to close the door cause he realised that the taxi didnt have an electronic door. Most taxis in Jp have a door that opens and closes electronicaly. There is still a question in my mind about this guy closing the door: since he exits the car from the Right hand door, it means that he should be the driver cause in Jp the driver is driving on the Right side. Hmmm

To answer all the questions everyones got: No he didn't die; yes he was in the car the whole time; he jumped out near the end using a makeshift raft he made out of stuff in his car. When the waters receeded he came back to the car and retrieved the cam and video.
