i hate to give tips cos i'm not a terribly good player, but i get the impression you stick your head out too much when you're reloading which makes it really easy to kill you. also it looks like if you have somewhere to go and you kill someone on your way there, you'll start sprinting right after you kill the person even if someone could be following behind/coming round a corner.
