i did all those steps up to create AAC version because then the shorter version of the song isn't showing anywhere. what should i do?
i also tried creating a ringtone from a purchased song but the option create a ringtone isnt there either

It is telling you this because iTunes can not locate the file you created. Make sure the file name is correct.
all i do is switch the a to the r just like the video says

when i sync it says it did not add because it could not be found...any help?
Not to sure. Depends on the type of phone, iTunes can only sync with apple products that I know off. You can make ringtones and convert them into what ever format the phone you have requires.
