erm no i bought 2 valdus 500 towers which each have 3x 8in woofers for £150

more bass than the logitech z5500 me thinks, you can feel the bass through every bone in your body at over 100ft away

ill admit the logitech z2300 sub is good for the price but for the price of the z5500 you should get propper speakers (either floorstander or bookshelves ) and an amp

@logitechsubs  bose sounds better have you heard of the compaion 3 it sounds amazing with a sub woofer and bose tested there speakers and make theam mach the music perfect so i guess i can say bose is best

Great brand. I have two Bose products and I love them. Bose Companion 5 and Bose Triport On-Ear Headphones. I love the sound quality. The best there is... better than what I get on my Spherex 5.1 or Logitech Z-5500. The headphones is comparable to my Shure E3c Earphones too. Hehe, out of all the speakers I own, I love Bose the most for the quality it provides. Worth every penny :D

Those are Companion 2 version one! Series 2 looks much more like a computer set of speakers. Very nice quality in both.

they cost 250 bucks. the z-5500 should be well over 400. however, the z-5500 are like 1000 watts. the new bose companion 5 is also really nice and they make surround sound with only 2 speakers!!!

Why do people try and demo their speakers on a website. First of all the microphone is colouring the sound when recording, and then when everyone on youtube listens to it they will be listening on some different speakers.
