  • how are you going to deploy that weapon fast?

  • @6muffinstuffer9 this method of concealment wasnt intended for fast deployment. it was intended to have a gun when situations such as riots or looting break out. you would have more than enough time to remove it ,should something like that occur.

  • great vid i drive in detroit i need that

  • its insane that your company doesn't allow you to defend yourself... you are not expendable and you preform a very important service to the country that is highly under appreciated!

  • haha the cut outs for each round thats bad ass

  • lol a riot

  • This is a really bad thing to say but. Lawyers will be cheaper in the long run then funeral expenses.

We all make choices and I think you are making the right one. You always need to do whats right for you and your family.

  • My only concern would be, what happens when someone just wants to steal your CB?

  • @Deadeyemagnum well my hide-a-gun,cb was always used as a spare in my sidebox, not on the dashboard.i also had a cheap ($30.00) pistil in there so it wasnt a big deal if it got stolen.

  • @bctruck It would be a big deal because you would be arming someone that otherwise wouldn't have access to an untraceable gun.

  • @flipy3 i think you accidently stumbled across this video, while looking for re-elect obama bumper stickers. liberal twit. in 33 year i never had a cb stolen. you need to worry about bigger things like dialing 911 and w-a-i-t-i-n-g till they come at thier convenience. no need to arm yourself and save your own life. someone else will do it.right?

  • @bctruck

I was with you until the random political insult. *Totally* random.

  • @Ragitsu i checked your channel. maybe you should go back to your little cartoon world and leave folks who take there world seriously alone. if you dont like my political stance you are cheerfully invited to not come back.

  • @bctruck

Insulting someone based on their political leaning, who especially did not make mention of their political leaning in their comment, is not a political stance: it's just plain reflexive and rude.

Also, I find it interesting that you can't argue with someone on the substance of their actual statement, and have to go after their channel design. Very mature of you.

Oh, and, thanks for the block: it only confirms my initial assessment of you.

  • @Ragmitsu i really cant use this stress right now,so if you dont mind ill be blocking this channel as well and removing your comment. if it was a better time for me ,id be happy to indulge you. have a lovely life. your freind , brad

  • whats the weight like?

  • @AnnBearForFreedom it feels the same as the weight of a normal cb. you could adjust the weight a bit more or a bit less,by adding or subtracting ammo.

  • @N2thedrink thanks! its been a year since i posted this so its not gaining in popularity so much that i think i should take it down. i wouldnt want the wrong people to catch wind of this. just a week ago i was able to get a job driving local and now i can carry a gun without hiding it LEGALLY!!! thank sfor watching. by the way.i actually dont have a neeed for this "CB" anymore.

  • great idea..i'm in the same boat, if they catch me . I'm digging out an old CB now...you've got a new sub too

  • This is a great idea! I am doing this so I can feel a little better about visiting those shadier parts of town. Thank you

  • @bctruck border patrol is a joke. Wasting time hassling with a hard working American when they could be stopping illegals from coming in

  • I like the sticker, that might just work!

  • @Gngrcpl i was searched by @#$!&%%$ border patrol the other day. they didnt even give the cb a second look.whenever my skin gets dark from working in my yard, they hassle me till i get white again in the winter

  • as long as the driver has a concealed weapons permit they would be okay in 95% of places

  • it is not against the law to have a gun on a truck as long as you follow that states laws for transporting firearms. I will pose this to you as I have to many drivers(i'm a driver also) to date no one has ever been able to show me a federal law that say guns are illegal on a truck. its state laws only!

  • @gonzosc1 so are you saying that you wont get in trouble by violating a state law? who cares if its federal law or state law that makes you lose your job?rather than try to remember the 8000 different laws each of the 50 states have concerning transporting weapons, why dont you tell me what company out there would not fire a driver for having a gun in the truck.how about an easier one.tell me one company that you would haul frieght from that would let you bring a gun onto thier property?ur point?

  • @bctruck well thats apples and oranges there. as far as state laws go, buy the "travelers guide to firearm laws of the fifty states" states that allow for transport are simlar in law but need to be followed to the letter. of corase this only helps in states that allow it. as far as your job goes, you can get fired just as easily for getting in a fist fight these days. laws are changing . waiting on a new law here in SC that says you can keep your gun in your car "ON" work property

  • @gonzosc1 what on earth is your point man? i made this video to show how i hide a gun in my truck. i go to a place on a regular basis that breaks out in riots if thier sports team wins or if a trial has a verdict they dont like. i have no other need for a gun except in a situation such as that.as far as the laws in 50 states and carrying a book that tells you what state you can carry a gun in. what are you gonna do in state that doesnt allow it? leave your gun? mail it home?i dont see your point

  • well bud my cousin is a cop and the first ride along i brought him on his first words when he got in the truck is where do you hide your pistol? in my "spare" CB of course! :D but since i just saw this im gonna fix my CB with the tape I painted my foam black

  • @jimiot Man I thought I had an original idea. I hated gutting that cb. It was a good one.

  • @bctruck no its fairly uncommon i was at a J tonight and in the restaurant we got talking bout "protection" and i brought up the CB stash and they said good idea! lol my uncle used his cb as a stash he told me this at like age 12? but yes its fairly original

  • If I DID know who you were, I'd send you a BIG thank you, wrapped in a plain brown paper bag, of course...yes, I B A trucker, and a female, at that.

  • If I DID know who you were, I'd send you a BIG thank you, wrapped in a plain brown paper bag, of course...

  • Thats a really good idea!!!!!!

  • @Hambonetrucker Thanks!! I thought about it for a long time first. I sleep a little better now when I go to areas that I refer to as " the belly of the beast".

  • Yeah my step father told me a story about the tire thumper weapon thing. he may have met that same cop.

  • good idea bc, 16 penny nail gun could lay out in the open (couldnt it) and you can do major damage with that point blank. If asked its for repairing pallets.

  • @quest2drive nail gun, butane lighter refill with lighter close by,hairspray with lighter close by. i carried a "tire thumper" for many years but almost got arrested for having it in my truck in texas. little pimply face cop was determined to get something on me. he wrote me a mudflap ticket. mudflap was 6 inches from the road surface instead of 4 inches.

  • Good for you bro.. I think that would deter anyone from finding it.

  • @mpett2 i think its a common enough item in a truck that it wouldnt get a second look. truth be told though,i hate cb radio. dont have one in my truck(except the fake one here) its a cartoon world where even guys from brooklyn have a silly cartoon yosemite sam accent. the only one s that talk on cb now are the looneys.

  • @bctruck I just picked up 2 cb's for shtf communications from my parents house. Good to have.

  • @mpett2 I have 4 cb,s wrapped in foil and placed in a large Metal ammo can.

  • @bctruck Thats good bro..

  • Great idea, I am Canadian and we cant get concealed weapons permits or any other permit that would allow us to carry a sidearm. It is time our governments give us the freedom to DEFEND ourselves.

  • @CDNBadass time and time again ,it has been shown by violent crime statistics that where law abideing citizens are allowed to exercise the right to keep and bear arms violent crime has decreased exponentially. florida is a perfect example of this. i dont have stats at my fingertips but anti gunners refuse to adress the ones that show clearly and without arguement that people carrying weapons are victims of crime far far less that those who dont.

  • Hey buddy, it really is a good idea for hiding. But it could be smart move to put that in some box made from lead. Few yeas ago one trucker in my town has carried a gun in his truck, and had to go through x-ray scanner for scanning the load. In scanner's monitor the custom's officers notice that he's carrying a gun inside his cab and he didn't finish so nice...

And, isn't in US some law allowing the owner of the vehicle to have in that vehicle whatever he want? And what about legal permit?

  • @tgtbtri truckers have become the "cash cow" to every form of law enforcement out there, from weigh stations to over zealous law enforcement agents ,to dot officers. i actually got a ticket the other day for not having a liscense plate light on the back of my truck. not only is there no light, but there is no place to put a liscense plate as we put them on the front of the truck, not the back. the harder times get here in the states, the more despicable the actions that cops are capable of ,become.

  • @bctruck that licence plate lights are standard equipment in our trucks and trailers, I didn't know that you don't have it. But, if you don't have it, it's not your fault. It's like you need to have an spare wheel, and there's no factory build position to mount the spare wheel on the truck, so you have to get the ticket because of the manufacturer's fault... that's insane. And don't be surprised after all, now they'll gonna made up anything just to get you a ticket, just to fill up the budget...

  • thats pretty cool, But I'd rather not take the risk of getting caught with a gun in my truck. The way I see it if someones gonna shoot me there gonna shoot me, and the way things are today if you were to defend yourself with a gun you'd either get sued or put in jail. just my opinion

    American Trucker

  • @AmericanTrucker4Life you have the right to not be responsable for your own life, but i have the life of my wife that i am also responsable for.you have not lived long enough to fully understand the atrocities that humans are capable of,often with very little warning. as for getting sued, well im talking about defending your life in a situation where there is no law to protect you.
