How to make my business show up on Google Maps

I can see how this is VERY frustrating to many because the speaker never once said or demonstrated HOW to make a business listing on Google Maps. She wasted the time of countless viewers by blabbing about what had nothing to do with the title of her video clip.

Hi, here is a riddle for you: If I google "Davis Pilates", then my business. called "Pilates Bodywork" in Davis CA comes up on the map. If I google "Pilates Davis" then it does not come up! Any ideas?

Thanks for the video. I have went through all those steps. I was wonder how do people get their business marked on the map. So when someone is just viewing the map not searching the see text on the map indicating a business name. On this map you will see a business called flying fox How did they get their business on the map but my own business is not listed. Is it a waiting game, as I have been waiting for over 6 months now.
