  • ey matt. i cancelled my gym membership and for some reason now i wanna join again,. lol.. i guess im weird man... waht do you think i should do? my problem is that im not consistent and i dont thnk i know much about this sport. i dont nkow how to construct a workout plan. i worked with 3dmj. but i was only with them for 3 months and after i just gained all my weight back and i quit bbing. i dont mean to bother you but im knda lost man.. i nneed to make this a commitment.! waht can i do?

  • yo matt, no offense but i think its a little unfair to ask your your viewers to vote for you for these physique of the week things. the competition really doesnt have to do with who has a better physique considering you have 9000+ subscribers to inflate your votes. not hatin just statin

  • @loves2spooj6969 None taken. How's it unfair? I'm within the rules, bringing the website a TON of traffic (the makers like me), AND would gladly compare my physique to anyone's on the website. Whether it's an actual physique competition or a popularity contest I'd gladly partake in either. How do you think Sarah is in the lead? Same concept as me asking you guys to vote, she asked her people to vote.

  • @flexforall2 i just think that contestants without supporters are at a serious disadvantage and i think it makes it a competition for who has more supporters, im not putting down your physique at all, i voted for you simply because you looked better than anyone else competing, not because im subscribed to your channel. but whatever its a couple packages of protein in the end

  • @DesignZxD dont do anything that involves compressing your spinal cord and military press does that

    so i wouldnt recommend doing that, you got lotsa time in future to do those

  • @DesignZxD I did a bit of research and apparently the "stunting growth" thing is a myth. Don't take my word for it, though. Check around on Google and so forth and maybe ask your doctor. As far as I can tell, though, it is not proven that lifting weights stunts growth.

    Its not the compression of your vertebra that will stunt your growth, it is weight training in general. This happens from the increase in testosterone which in turn will lead to premature closer of your epiphyseal plates at the end of your long bones which normally occurs later on towards the end of puberty. Now there are other factors leading to this mainly your genetic predisposition towards how tall you will be.

    My father is an endocrinologist who also was a bodybuilder

  • @happytobeproud This is correct, as happytobeproud said it is heightened sex hormones in general that end long bone growth (especially testosterone though) rather than the fairly negligible mechanical forces involved in weight lifting.

  • @davidealessio I doubt he can answer that. It depends on so much things. I would suggest leaving your fats at 50 protein at 250 and carbs the rest of your calories so that at the end of the day you reach a caloric deficit of about 500 cals?

  • Just started 5/3/1... which day would be best to incorporate biceps assistance work? I want to include barbell curls, preacher curls and hammer curls. This isn't outlined in the book.
