@DesignZxD I did a bit of research and apparently the "stunting growth" thing is a myth. Don't take my word for it, though. Check around on Google and so forth and maybe ask your doctor. As far as I can tell, though, it is not proven that lifting weights stunts growth.

Its not the compression of your vertebra that will stunt your growth, it is weight training in general. This happens from the increase in testosterone which in turn will lead to premature closer of your epiphyseal plates at the end of your long bones which normally occurs later on towards the end of puberty. Now there are other factors leading to this mainly your genetic predisposition towards how tall you will be.
My father is an endocrinologist who also was a bodybuilder
@happytobeproud This is correct, as happytobeproud said it is heightened sex hormones in general that end long bone growth (especially testosterone though) rather than the fairly negligible mechanical forces involved in weight lifting.
@davidealessio I doubt he can answer that. It depends on so much things. I would suggest leaving your fats at 50 protein at 250 and carbs the rest of your calories so that at the end of the day you reach a caloric deficit of about 500 cals?
one recommendation for your vids matt...your vids are always confusing because of the time you probably record and published...you should do that daily or weekly.the video matt versus 49 you looked very lean and this not, but there is only 1week difference of publishing bith vids!!!
