@hemet92544 Just thought the same thing. I think its because Gray's lyrics make sense to me most of the time. The Dave Matthews' that i listen to is mostly just nonsense with a few choice songs that have a tangible meanings.

For me it is all about how I've lived my life, running one to one thing or the next, seeking freedom where none can be found. (Except, for me, it IS found in my Faith.) In the final verse, I personalize it:

Howie Day's "Ghost" makes my stomach churn while eliciting fond yet corrosive memories. Fortunately however this song's pristine eloquence and innocent connotations are preserved for a life time.
