  • FOR ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. What wrongs have you done that nobody knows about? Who are you to judge when your not perfect yourself... JUDGE NOT OR YOU WILL BE JUDGED.

  • @manbeaver508 Very well put. I would also like to point out that not every "rape" is violent and brutal like most people imagine or portray, case in point, in Texas (where I live) if you get drunk at a bar and hook up with a drunk girl then that is not considered consensual due to her intoxication, and she is considered a victim, even if you both are intoxicated, in which case half the men in Texas should be considered sex offenders based on that alone. Our laws are bullshit.

  • None of you assholes deserve 10 million dollars.....you're no better than anyone else....all sins are equal

  • Who cares.

  • "His biggest concern is children"

No shit. He's a child molester

  • @EliCurrent (they said his children)

  • Dad?

  • At least now, he can afford to go to Thailand and take care of his dirty pleasures the correct way.

  • @manbeaver508 I agree.

  • all i can do is LOL!

  • its his shut the fuck about it already...yall just mad..now listen he is a sex offender he has to deal with that.. people always sticking their noes in shit..lottery is money he playe he won...he also registered his self wtf leave him alone..ima father who love shis kids,,and i will personaly mess someone up who mess's with mines,,fuck the law,,im daddy .but he won so let him live..he knows what he gots to do..mine your own buisness...stop hating on him..they watching him im sure..that's life.

  • @bigmotionpic I agree with your comment allso,i think people are just pissed cause he won the money and they did,nt.

  • With $ 10 million he can invest in his own treatment to get better and stay better, invest in treatment centers for other offenders who can then get better and be productive tax paying citizens. Nobody wants to be a sex offender. I know if they had the opportunity to get better they would seize it, but the government is too busy trying to destroy them.

  • Lol, this is such a joke, just because of a crime someone commits in the past means they can't keep money when they win the lottery?

  • i say let him have it, he went to jail and served his term, and he obviously isnt harming anyone any more, and if he does, send him to jail for life and then take his money

  • maybe you all should be a sex offender...youll be rich!!!!

  • What abunch of assholes that they want to take away his money when he clearly diserved it because the chances of winning the lottery are as slim a stick figures stomach part.

  • I guess it's ok to kill, let ou, kill again, then let out to kill again....drunk drivers do that more often than people know. But let a kid get touched, and the world is out for blood. Alcohilism is a disease, I'm told. So it's over looked if they got money. Then they get to go out get drunk and kill again.

  • A child-molesting cocksucker like this pathetic, dickless, malformed creature from Hades gets lucky enough to win the lottery, whereas his victims and their families are probably going broke and hungry like damn near everybody else in this pathetic economy... and yet people still believe in god.

  • @765tony yup that's right : D

  • They're just jealous because they din't won the money one thumb up if you agree.

  • @765tony.. Thanks bro

  • @asoka2000.. thats a load of crap. I can understand you feeling a bit bothered that someone with a felony won but.. he did do the time for his crime. He won it fair and square, just the same if someone else had won it. Leave the man alone!

  • @martialartist34 Child molesters could NEVER do enough time or suffer enough pain for their crimes. Anybody that rapes a child just does not deserve the privilege of breathing. I will gladly fight and win against anybody that thinks child rape is a defensible or redeemable crime.

  • @PsychoBurgundy9 PART 1)the law system is fucked up sir or maam. and your about to "fight and" lose. u have cought the attention of one of the best arguers on the fking interwebs. Ok so yes every crime is redeemable in the current law system exept sexual abuse/ being a sex offender. this is wrong. if i was 18 years old and had sex with a 17 year old girl, her parents sue me, and then i would have to live under a bridge. thats fucked up. If i were to kill her instead, and got a good lawyer id go

  • @PsychoBurgundy9 Part 2)to jail for about 10-15 years. id get out and be able to do whatever i want. sexual abuse charges, as low as they could be, would result in being removed from public. (some exeptions may occur) but that is the norm. The idea is. People are always still people. No matter what they do. And as god himself has said time and time again; everyone deserves a second chance. For you to so carelessly say they dont deserve to live goes against gods will. God made that sex offender

  • @PsychoBurgundy9 Part 3) the way he is for a reason. he did not tell him/her to hurt a child, but he knows that if he realizes what he has done is wrong; it can be fixed. The law has only tried to duplicate this with more worldly consiquences; and giving the convicted time to think about what they have done in a seperate enviorment. If a sex offender goes to jail; he should be a free man. Instead he has to bear the burden of his/her deed for the rest of their life. this should not be the case

  • @PsychoBurgundy9 for any man women or child. everyone deserves a second chance. Redemption is what god is for. I am for a change in law; but not for the death of a human being. and if you support the death of gods children, you deserve to suffer a fate worst than any child offender. If not in this life; the next. (Its your turn to comment. Your fucked, but good luck anyway.)

  • If he's a sex offender he should never have been let out of jail to begin with. Law sucks though. I don't think he should have been able to win the lottery. I agree with the guy who says they should take the money back from someone like him.

  • Now he is gonna have his own neverland ranch

  • 3 years later, he's probably driving a lambo as the youtubers are bitching, lol

  • i think its dirty money now..

  • Regardless if this guy is a piece of shit...he just got lucky and it is what it is. Yes, it would be awesome if the money went to someone with a little more of a decent reputation, but it didn't. So like it or not, the guy's a millionaire...get over it.

  • @765tony What did I comment?

  • i dont understand. the man did some nasty things (according to court records.) he was sentenced and he has served time and until he left Connecticut has been straight with the sex offender system.

as far as im concerned, he has paid his debt to society, and legally, he is square with the house again.

he is a free man who is free to gamble with the money he earned. and if he is free to gamble, he must be free to win. its not like he was playing scratcher's in prison.

  • @azminivanracer Yes free to win, but should be forced to pay for all the medical needs of his victims..Including pain and suffering...

  • @justcary he shouldn't be FORCED to do anything. that's his money and nobody else's. now if the victims decide to take him to court and sue him for the medical costs and pain and suffering and whatnot, then so be it. and if they don't, well, that's their prerogative.

but to say that he should be forced to give his winnings up because of something he did 20 years ago is nothing more than nonsensical ravings of someone who is out for revenge rather than justice.

  • @azminivanracer As I said his victims have every right to ask he pay for their medical needs and pain and suffering.. I just pray they find out he has it and can pay and does something about it... They shouldn't have ever had to pay the cost for the therapy they need if he can pay... Personally I know he has to answer to God for what he did to those children and thats justice...

  • @justcary and let me guess. god will smite him and send him to hell for his crimes against children. come on. you cant bring god into this equation because you don't know gods will. I don't know gods will. we just have what we've been taught to think is gods will. i happen to believe that God is a forgiving figure. and that Jesus died on the cross for ALL sins. not just the petty sins.

  • @justcary PART TWO: ...but from your point of view it seems like you see god as an angry god who judges everyone based on their sins. not saying thats what you believe, but its what it looks like, and im not going to argue that with you.

  • @azminivanracer Im not God so I am not going to argue the point of what he will or will not do...But I had to leave the dealing with my fathers sin to God,, He never answered for it here.. the hardest thing for me is that I had no justice.. He never paid for what he did to us.. Maybe why I am a firm advocate on a molester getting the same amount of time to suffer that his victims did. for many that is a lifetime...That would be justice,,,

  • @justcary Indeed. And molesters do need a just punishment. Many people believe that they should be put to death; yet I feel that killing them, followed by the satisfaction we get by killing them, makes us no better than the criminal EVEN IF he/she was a murderer. A life sentence for the worst offenders I think is fair, but no sentence is really worth it unless you are able to forgive the criminal for his/her deed. Not so much for their benefit, but rather yours. With forgiveness comes closure.

  • @azminivanracer I don't have a problem with forgiveness.. But one thing forgiveness is not, its not saying that justice should not be served.. It is also a means to keep others safe from the same abuse.. I would not wish what happened to me to happen to anyone.. All have the right to be safe from such predators.. Tougher laws or a must.. We should also be making sure these men and women undergo therapy designed just for them and not be released until professionals believe its safe to do so..

  • @justcary on a side note, go to the youtube search bar and look up "Penn and Teller Bullshit the death penalty" (its a 2 part episode i think) it is actually pretty enlightening for being Penn and Teller. check it out! its a good watch.

  • @azminivanracer I am a believer in the death penalty.. Not for everyone, but extreme cases yes.. We have an obligation to keep society safe..

  • @justcary Fair enough. You are entitled to that opinion. However if it came to me, I could not send a man to die for a crime. And I am able to say that, having had these terrible experiences. Your right. As I mentioned, justice has to be served. There has to be reprimand for all crimes big and small. However as long as forgiveness is not part of the equation; it's vengeance. For true justice to occur, one must be able to say "I forgive you, however you need to be punishment."

  • @justcary Granted...That's all easier said than done. Many people find it incredibly difficult to find forgiveness for such a crime. And that's why these men and women are so universally despised. Even more so than those who kill and maim.

  • @azminivanracer However as long as forgiveness is not part of the equation; it's vengeance. For true justice to occur, one must be able to say "I forgive you, however you need to be punishment." >>>Thats why we have a legal system.. Its never done out of vengeance,, The victim doesn't get to choose the fate of the abuser..

  • @justcary That's why I think the sex offender registration thing is bullshit. It doesn't stop people from repeating their actions. It doesn't make anyone safer. Most sex crimes are committed by the people they know well like an uncle. It's not always your sex offender neighbor. The guy was let out of jail and most likely put on some list where everyone could see where he was living. Did that stop him? The sex offender registry is nothing more than a roster of names and a false sense of security.

  • @azminivanracer The guy was let out of jail and most likely put on some list where everyone could see where he was living. Did that stop him? The sex offender registry is nothing more than a roster of names and a false sense of security. >>>>Most likely... But I disagree with false sense of security.. The more we know the safer we are.. And yes only 10% of child sexual assault is done by strangers. The rest are family members or someone the child knows.. This guy is guilty.. What gives.

  • @justcary well the guy we are talking about should be thrown back in jail if he is found guilty. I'm not standing up for him...

  • @justcary That's all easier said than done. Many people find it incredibly difficult to find forgiveness for such a crime. And that's why these men and women are so universally despised. Even more so than those who kill and maim. >>>>>Tell that to Keith Smith who was abducted, beaten and raped at the age of 14 by a man who was let out of prison 4 mths earlier for the same crimes.. Tell him we should not have held his past against him, we should have been watching this man closer..

  • @justcary and still i think these people shouldnt be killed. if anything it could be seen as an easy way out for them. why not lock them up forever? id rather be dead than rotting away in prison for the rest of my natural born life.

  • @azminivanracer You know I don't believe in the death penalty for the child abuser, but I do advocate that our system put these offenders through therapy that is designed just for them.. I have been told that those who go through this therapy have a 90% chance of recovery.. Prison shouldn't just be about punishment..If we only punish them then set them free, we are just waiting to arrest him again, after he abuses his next victim.

  • @justcary You must be pretty desperate to go back to 1974 to find a story where someone was kidnapped and assaulted by a stranger. Not that it does not ever happen but it is very rare. The truth is that most kids get molested by a family member or someone else that they and their family know. You know that for yourself.

  • @jaredboy27 Not desperate at all.. This man has only recently came forward in telling his story.. So tho it happened to him at 14, it took him 35 years to tell others what happened.. Sex crimes are never easy for a victim to discuss with others.. Many go through years of therapy before they can even discuss it with outsiders..Its a silent crime that abusers use fear tactics and threats to control their victim.. Victims which are young children..

  • @jaredboy27 10% of child rape is done by strangers.. True 90% is someone the child knows.. We see more in the media about abductions, because we are looking for a missing child.. But these children are more likely to be found dead.. I don't know what this guy did when he was 16.. I don"t know if he tells the truth about anything he says..I also don't believe that his lawyer didn't tell him the outcome of what he would be facing.. These men build on trust with the victim and family members..

  • If you wish death on another human, then you're nothing but a criminal yourself!!!! Sex Offender or not!!!!

  • @riddlaakaklu I was 9 yrs old when I started having dreams of killing my dad.. Maybe the dreams kept me from acting it out in real life.. No one at such a young age can be called a criminal for wanting to be away from their abuser.. And many children do kill them..Because society does so little to help them.. I wish my dad had lived so I could force him to admit his wrong and be punished for it... I would prefer justice...

  • Maybe he will get the "lottery curse" Karma has a way of setting things right! Ill put my faith in that! But that being said child molesters are the biggest scum on earth. Im not jealous of him and really could care less about him winning the lottery. I just hope he doesnt rape/ molest anyone else in the future.

  • this is so unfair people saying that he did not deserve the money, wtf! he won that money, its his. no one has the right to even say otherwise. he won fair and square!!!

  • You can be like this guy, —“I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins.

You can be like this guy, For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.

Some people just hang on to stuff and use it against people because it keeps them from having to see the truth of their own pitiful existence.

  • @Zyworski Yes its pitiful to wake up with nightmares for the rest of your life.. Yes its pitiful to walk the streets in fear.. Yes its pitiful to have flashbacks and relive the event over and over.. Yes its pitiful to deal with shame and guilt that really doesn't belong to you.. Yes its pitiful that this man destroyed many lives.. I hope they all take him to civil court now and make him pay for their medical bills.. For the years of therapy they have had to undergo.. Make him pay for that too...

  • what's a lottery have to do with deserving anything? These people are nuts.

  • All criminals are not guilty there is a 10% chance of error in the legal system. This means out of one million criminals 100,00 are wrongly convicted or charged with a crime that they did not commit. Money talks

One lady said the sex offenders should be tared and feathered. Well lady if you are so innocent why dont you throw the first stone. You dont have to worry that much about registered sex offenders; if they did somthing horrible they would still be in prison.

  • Now police want to get him in trouble for not notifying them but if he had never won that money they could care less. They just mad because the same man in prison they use to say would never be nothing won money and is making more than them. Its a reason why he won and they didn't. Maybe because he truly turn his life around

  • I swear America needs more to do!! MIND YOUR GOT DAMN BUSINESS....who gives a fuck... he won fair and square..he not hurting anybody...GET A FUCKN LIFE..LOSERS!

  • First thing he did with the money is get his penis enlarged and buy ky jelly

  • I heard the first thing he did was get his penis cleaned and enlarged

  • thats why its called a lottery cause ANYONE can win

  • Yeah, life is good and fair.

  • High level, Low level, it makes no difference, if they are going to reoffend, they are going to do just that, if not, they wont, Levels dont mean a hill of beans! Like low level,,NOONE is no level, so what does it matter?

  • Looks like God blesses the guilty too

  • he won the dam money let him have it...

  • @wsmikey He should have the money because he is done with the punishment.

  • hell no do not give that dude money he should go behind bars

  • If that girl one ten million but stuck her dick in a little boys butt hole and went to prison she wouldn't be saying that, now would she. get your head out of your giant cunt and stop whining.

  • He did his time in our system, he is now a free citizen and won the money fair and square. end of case.

  • he can by a little boy blow up doll.

  • Laughing, Saluting MNRick041, Yes Sir~!!! Absolutely~!!!!

  • the guy served his time right? so WTF.. leave him alone already. he paid his debt. yall are just pissed coz you spend hundreds on lotto tickets and never win hahaha. this guy just took a giant piss on you and you're mad coz your wet hahaha

  • if they dont like it they should make a law....I think he should be able 2 keep the money

  • where is karma!

  • oh god all those people who said he didn't deserve it are ganna get raped o.0

  • everybodies mad cuz that nigga got the money and u didnt

  • yooo wen u rape u got life.. then he probably just show some dick to stupids kid... dude plus fkn 15 16 n 17 r alrdy suckin cock n fukin big time.. lol tell me about it... fuk that fukin law,,,, if u wana fuk then go ahead!

  • @craigushka50 I bet you would say different if he raped your daughter.

  • oh right! he can get hella pussies and bail out from jail now! dis is inteerestin

  • i hope his kids get pedophiled that loser ~!!

  • now he can reopen neverland ranch and get all the young booty he wants

  • They should take his money and give it to his victims. Fuck this piece of shit.

The only justice for what he has done is death...fuck him.

  • @paragod666 I agree

  • Shoot, lucky break for the guy! And the one guy says he should give it back, yeah right!

HIS REPLY came to my inbox...

"High-level Sex Offender Wins $10 Million Lottery:

Who the hell are you to say his "victims" ... Do you know his VICTIM...personally? I happen to be a victim of both child sex abuse and physical abuse. And no, I'm not suffering at all now.

So f*** you for standing on your worthless YouTube soap box and trying to act like you're some kind of expert on the subject. You don't know jack shit. Keep you're mouth shut next time."

  • Good for him hopes he his more jackpots:)

  • the fool didnt deserve it. i hope someone robs him of it all!

  • wow, thats a tough one... i mean if hes rehabilitated... he did register... mmmm, thats though. its just too bad that higher power could have not prevented it from happening in the first place... sex or the lottery.

  • life lesson:

Good things happen to bad people

  • And even if he wasnt a sex offender, people would still call him an asshole because they are jealous he won...drama.

  • Yeah, if it's been over 20 years and his own boss can testify to his changed ways and good will, why does it matter? A person's mind is never incapable of making them take things way too far. He was normal before he made those mistakes and hasn't done it sense.

  • Anyone that has raped a child deserves death plain and simple and if you don't agree then I hope your children or you if you don't have any get raped then we will see if you change your mind. Morons

  • So if people don't agree with you, you believe that their children deserve to be raped?

I happen to believe that yeah - child rapists deserve death.

Of course - so do mouth-breathing idiots who "hope that children get raped"

  • @funkybuck Thats right if you think its ok for pedophiles to walk free after they've done it once then yes your children deserve it just as you would. Go die in a fire.

  • that's stupid.

An innocent child "deserves" to be raped because of the views and beliefs of the parents? that's nonsense.

obviously you're a troll- in one way or another.

  • @funkybuck Well I guess your right on that point the parent would deserve the rape not the child. I guess what I should have said is that they should think about how they would feel if their child was raped and if they would still be fine with the person that did it walking around free after only a few years.

  • While this may be one of the few times in the

history of the internet that someone has conceded and argument i feel compelled to point out that the fact that this needed to be explained to you makes me weep for the future.

  • well in this case thomas jeferson should be in this list too he used to had a minor slave and have sex whit her

  • we all agree he's finished hie sentence and should now be allowed to get on with his life, that we all agree on.

It's his money and good luck

  • It would be nice if that were true, but I highly doubt anyone will want to let him get on with his life.

  • ya'll are a bunch of offender lovers, I bet you'd cry for justice if they ass pounded your kid. what a bunch of idiots.

  • @knightstalker44 first of all asshole. if you do your research, you would see that 90% convicted sex offenders learn from their mistakes and do not repeat the acts. It's almost as if the people in the community are the real offenders by the way they treat this man because of a mistake he made over 20 years ago.. Mind your buisness!!!

  • listen and listen good , once a sex offender always a sex offender , when they offend the first time, chances are high the will offend again. Do your homework stupid FACT !!

  • @knightstalker44 Dude shut your ass up!!! That man is a PRIME example of a Sex Offender who did NOT reoffend!!! Go do your own homework, Son! You have not FACTS just asshole opionions!!!

  • @riddlaakaklu don't give a fuck, fuck ALL SEX OFFENDERS first timers only timers whatever fuck them all. you're probably one of them. get the fuck off this sight you fuckin sick fuck

  • @Mulishamadness Right. Im a Sex Offender in the United States Army. lol. You dumb shithead!!! People like you who can't mind their own buisness are the real Offenders!!!!

  • @riddlaakaklu hahahaha wow why don't you go fuckin suck that fools dick you pedo, i hope you get sniped for being a freak. loser

  • @Mulishamadness Get a life man. If you're an adult, I sure hope you start acting like one for your childrens sake. Nothing worse to a child then to see their father with so much hate tward another human being. Grow up man!!!!!

  • @riddlaakaklu fuck humanity.

  • @Mulishamadness You can hate another peron all you want but the fact of the matter is "LIFE WILL CONTINUE"

  • @riddlaakaklu fuckin pedo

  • Wow Mulishamadness. You are royal piece of crap.

And "sight?" Seriously? It's called a SITE. Don't tell someone to get off of here when you don't even know the difference between a web page and something eyeballs do. Idiot.

  • @vio2112 wow let me guess you're with the freedom for pedos, you fuckin sick fuck go hang yourself you sick piece of shit. now go to an abandoned SITE and kill yourself while i kill your mother fucking freak

  • We may not like it that this guy won, but we can't make up the rules as we go along. There's no law against it, and we have to follow the law. Plus he's already served his sentence.

  • anyone can play, but you can only keep the money if we like you right?

  • If the law does not forbid him from buying a lotto ticket, then it is his money and we won it fair and square. I'm sorry, but we have laws in this country so that nobody can be in a position to judge any other person, registered sex offender or not.

  • Well said. The man did his time and everybody needs to get over it. As long as he's not repeating his past what business is it to anybody that he won that money? It ain't nobody's business at all.

  • that girl is ANNOYING "like oh em gee"

  • He did his time. As far as I'm concerned the money's rightfully his, as long as he behaves himself. Those of you who are stamping your feet and frothing at the mouth, get the fuck over it.

  • he should give the money to the ones he hurt including the offended and their families.

and yes he did win it fair and square, you cant take that away from him.

if your logic is omg he did something bad he isnt aloud a game of luck then when does it stop, everyone has done something wrong in their lives if thats your logic no one should win.

  • fuck the people who say he doesnt deserve it. its a fucking lottery not a charity.

  • LOL goooooo'n son.

  • if you are sick of these crazy sex offender laws go rallypointusa . c o m and join the first and only social networking site devoted to those affected by the registry

  • He is a sick fucker, but he didn't do anything wrong by buying the winning ticket.

  • He did his time and deserves to be able to keep the money that he won. People are sent to prison as punishment and most of their rights are restored to them when they are released. Society needs to stop trying to punish people forever.

  • His victims are still suffering, but like "My name is Earl", everybody deserves their Karma...

  • Comment removed

  • @MNRick041 Yes, he did his time. But he DOESNT deserve anything good for him. We all have our opinions. He did something wrong, very very wrong. People may take it as him getting a gift for commiting a horrible disgusting crime.

  • @hiimkatiee Whether or not he deserves it is not the issue. I agree there are other more deserving people in the world but he is the one who won the lottery and the issue here is whether or not he should get to keep the money. My opinion is that he won it and it is his to keep. The lottery is not a gift, it is a game of chance.

  • @hiimkatiee So what is the answer, just throw him on the scrap heap? He committed a crime, served his time. End of story. Stop being so santimonious, its boring.

  • @MNRick041 - Oh come on, you know half these sentences are nothing. Look at the guy who kidnapped Jaycee Lee, he did it before, had a 50 year sentence and got out after 10 years. If they did their time then fair enough, but when they get given a light sentence or get let out early thats not right. I dont feel sorry for these sex offenders one bit, they deserve to do their full sentence.

  • @psj3809 This is not really a debate about sentencing issues or feeling sorry for anyone. It seems to be a question over whether or not people think a felon should be deserving of lottery winnings. I think anyone lucky enough to win the lottery should be able to keep it. Maybe the state should be able to ask the person to repay the cost of his incarceration but other than that I see no problem with this man or any other felon winning the lottery.

  • @MNRick041 - I dont think a felon should be allowed to have certain rights like play the lottery etc. Hes in jail and has to do his time and priviledges should be taken away from him. If he wants to play the lottery then dont go to jail. How would he feel if someone robbed him of a lot of his lottery money ? He would hate it, yet hes quite happy to do a crime towards someone else. In England a rapist in jail won the lottery which was also very controversial.

  • @psj3809 He was not in jail when he won the lottery, he had completed his sentence and was living in the community. I totally agree with you that people in jail should not be allowed to play the lottery, they cannot do it here in the United States.

  • @MNRick041 - Ahh okay apologies, my fault for not listening to the story properly. I wish the law was the same in the UK

  • @1timeuser0904 He won the money, it is his and people like you need to get over it. He did the crime and he did his time, whatever they gave him according to the laws that were in effect at the time. If you go out and get a felony conviction you will pay a price for it but once it is over it should be over and the punishment should not go on forever. If they reoffend, send them back, but otherwise leave them alone and let them live their life.

  • @MNRick041 i agree 100 percent..leave the guy and his winnings alone.they are just jealose that he has got money now and they dont....bunch of bums

  • @MNRick041 Let them live their lives huh... The victims live with the effects of child assault for their entire lives..Years and years of therapy only begin to touch the surface of the problems that lie ahead for the child..

The flashbacks they have in the years following can be so painful many resort to cutting themselves, to get out of the pain of the flashback.. How dare anyone say this man should just go on to live his life pain free.. This money should be forced to be given to his victims.

  • @MNRick041 Many states are changing the laws where civil suits can be brought against the molester for years after the abuse.. The cost for the abused child to get the help they need is outrageous... I hope that those who were abused by this man find out what the laws are in their state.. And make him pay for every counseling session they have had and continue to need.. Every Dr bill, every prescription.. Even for just their pain and suffering... May with Gods help they find this post..

  • @justcary That is my opinion and from the looks of it my comment has been voted as the most popular one, that is why it stays at the top. Actually I am not a idiot on the subject and there is good research out there that says that the "treatment" and "therapy" for victims is more traumatic for them in the long run than the actual abuse itself. My orignal point was that he did his time, it is done and the way our system works that is the end of his punishment.

  • @MNRick041 what about this guys victims? They will have to live with the pain for the rest of their lives. So there's no reason why he should be able to "live his life" .. that's a load of crap.

  • @Erinxo11 You have a right to your opinion but I will note that I made these comments here quite awhile ago and the reason they remain at the top is that other users have voted that they like my opinion. In America if you are convicted of a crime you receive a penalty for it. Once that is done with society expects the person to get back to life, work, pay taxes and abide by the laws. If a person can't handle that send him back to prison but otherwise he/she should be able to live their life.

  • @MNRick041 I understand what you're trying to say, and same goes for you being entitled to your opinion. I just had to say what I said because I felt like no one commented on the victims behalf. But, thank you for being respectful even though we have very different opinions.

  • @Erinxo11 Then we should change the laws to lock them up forever. The point is once you're out of the big house, you're free by law! Either lock 'em up or let them out. We can't be in the middlle.

  • Laughing, good for the offender, eat shit and die you treehuggers. Your daughter is probably a whore anyways.. Take a piss on the side of the freeway, you're leaking and can't make it, nobody driving by see's your winky, yet a cop pulls up and see's wet on the ground, you're a sex offender for life, for life, that's right ~! No redemption, ever~!!!! Govt. Stereotyping, yet only 5 percent, ever re-offend. No X murder's registry, why not ? Unwanted sex vs. death, hmmmm > ?

  • @RatBastardCulhane your a real piece of shit

  • @RatBastardCulhane your so fking right, where's the X murder registry??? The system is fkd up. I hope 12/12/2012 comes and hits hard!!!!!
