Good job John, there was an issue and in all probability a misunderstanding, you are a talented artist and I'm sure any student could certainly learn technique from you.

I wrote to you from British Columbia and I'm hoping to be on your list of correspondence you are replying to.

Oil painting is without question a learning process that needs qualified instruction, there are some very good instructional DVD's available so hopefully your products will be among them.

Sorry i have been away in France for a while painting I have returned to base and I am dealing with all correspondence now. Anne Rich the other subscriber for some reason, maybe I got the address wrong, I have had the DVDs returned to me. Anne has been sent a full refund and three more DVDs are on the way to her. Nice that you contribute to You-Tube. being a serious artist and always looking to improve instructional DVD's can be quite educational. Numerous artists on this site offer free instruction but the end result is that they are selling instructional DVD's like yourself.

But as always " buyer beware " I have sent you three e-mail's regarding the DVD's and you did not respond to any of them.

I also note that another subscriber is complaining that you got her money and never sent the product ???

Are you saying to mix the linseed oil and the other 50/50 into the same jar and use as a mixture?
