Looks good.. only one thing.. I dont like when people dont take of their ring of when cooking. if its for yourself sure keep it on. Alot of bacteria in that ring
I've tried that before. I don't know...just didn't seem traditional to me. Bad reasoning....right? either way, thanks for stopping by and don't be a stranger!
You really live in Hamburg? That's ironic! We have our own spices that I use when grilling called Fuzzy's rubs, specifically the kicker and the steak rub.
No Kidding, I really live in Hamburg. Where can I get these spices? Like to try them. Any chance of getting them to Germany?
I bought one of those Weber Pizza stones last week, to make fresh pizza on the Grill. I'm telling you, if you make the dough yourselves with some home made tomato sauce, fresh basil, and the buffalo mozarell..hmhmhmhmhm
Any chance you have experience with making crispy potatoe wedges on the grill? Look forward to seeing a video about that.
Yes sir! And I asked you a couple questions about makin' it over on that video's page and you didn't answer them, but I understand you're a busy man and I was able to wade my way through it anyway. It was fantastic, that Fuzzy's Kicker really sets it off; gonna have to place another order here pretty soon. If I may offer up a suggestion, could you put like a measurements/ingredients list with your videos so if we want to make the recipe just as you do, we can? Thanks for all your help.
That was a hell of a lot more than a 1/8th of Worsester Sauce.

Do you believe leaving out the onions, lettuce, and pickle take away from the flavor?

All personal preferences. I love them all.

That anti meatball method was great!
I always add some grated parmesan and a raw egg to the meat mix, before making the paddies. What type of seasoning do you actually use?
My favourite is:
Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Fennel, Chilli Powder.
And you know what, I actually live in Hamburg.
Thanks for the tips.

Unfortunately we don't ship to Germany.
I've used a pizza stone before, but I really like doing the pizza dough directly on the grill to maximize the smoky flavor in the crust.
But, I'll bet your pizza is awesome as well.

Definitely gonna do that anti-Meatball method next time I grill up some burgers. It makes perfect sense. Thanks for the tip.
By the way, made that meatloaf last night. Without a doubt, the best meatloaf I've ever had.
