to everyone who says this takes the fun out of the game. you can download mods with crazy difficulty settings that make the game way harder, and also in the other elder scroll games you could always get every single ability in the game but in skyrim you can only get a few which is alot differen't.

Using cheats anytime before this resulted in a crash.

For me, cheating isn't about beating the game. Its about putting yourself in a position where you can see EVERYTHING Bethesda worked into the game. In a single play through, you can't appreciate the impact of all of the perks and skills and weapons and armor on the gameplay. You can't roam about and truly take in the detail Bethesda put into the environments without getting assaulted by a giant. So for those of us unwilling to play the game 6 times, cheating is like a sparknotes for the other 5.

ps3 need a similar cheat. so many great skills and i'm limited to 1 perk per level. bethesda should implement a trade system of lets say 10 dragon souls for 1 perk point or a trade back system for perks spent on novice ability etc. i want an overpowered character/ i already finished the game twice so i wanna just have fun and be (overly) overpowered.
