I certainly support stronger ties between European nations than were had in the past, as it makes us all much more competitive and gives a stronger voice against the US and (increasingly) China, but the EU takes things too far. I don't need quotes and sources because I've lived it, I've seen the changes, and it goes way above and beyond what most people want and what nobody (except those who have been having referendums on it all) really actually signed up for or asked for.

Ideally a world where we are all united, get the same opportunities, same level & standard of living sounds great. But until that is done democratically, openly and without propoganda to sway this way or that, where honest true information is readily available to all I cannot see it working. To make an informed desicion we have to be able to look at both sides & that is something which the current EU state appears to not want to give us that opportunity.
