great stuff! Which strings are you playing with the thumb, 1 2 and 3 (in Ukulele terms I mean!)?

I'm in fact a fingerpicking guitarist that picked up the ukulele so in this song I use my thumb, like I do when playing the guitar, to do an alternating bass line on strings 3 and 4. The melody is mainly on strings 1 and 2 which I pick with my index and middle fingers. If the melody shifts to string 3...I simply quit playing the bass line.
