This is truly the "REAL DEAL". I am a F.I.G.H.T. Instructor from N.Y. with experience in many different styles of Martial Arts. I highly recommend Haganah training for everyone who is serious about self-protection.

That's Great !! Let me tell you, not only do I think Haganah is the most well rounded self-defense system that is offered out there, but Mike Lee Kanarek is the most influential instructor that I have ever had the pleasure learning from.Best of luck with your training and if you are ever in N.Y contact me and we will do a little training.

Yeah guys, I just wish they had Haganah training down here in Houston Texas. They got to teach us Cowboys how to 'schlock' out the enemy too...
