yes it was clean ish (video makes it look abit better) but it had no engine and was bought when fully working for £250 cars like this arnt worth the hassle of finding new engines and spending all the time and money on unless your a rover fan. it is sad that something with potentially more life in is no good but thats how we have sent are car industry and it will be its downfall. All my own vehicles are old the hilux is an 87 and ive got an 89 bmw but there both in a different class to a rover
