you could add something to keep it from freezing if that was even a problem. the electrolyte is KOH? I think this is hard to freeze anyway. how many batteries do you have??
No, the battery electrolyte has a low freeze point. I do need to worry about the water that is in the battery watering system that could freeze though. So far it has not and often is subject to freezing temperatures.
