This is so true. I come from a muslim family, and I know, what was once a respectable religion has been twisted by sickos so it no longer stands for what it used to. One of the rules of islam is that the only thing you should consider true about it is what the prophet/holy book said, but people make up their own rules, like the veil - which was originally intended for t he prophet's wives. Nothing was said about other women having to do it. It's just another way arab men try to limit women.
Yes, the fall of the Muslim world is really sad. If you look into Islamic history you can see that they preserved the science of the greeks while Europe was in the Dark Ages. The Islamic world was a place of science and freedom of religion.

it means "Allah is the only God and Mohammad is his Messenger"
this saying is said when a person wants to convert to Islam, and when you say it with the will to convert you become a Muslim.
