  • i think ur going over your box because when u echape your kneas are bent

  • u really need to straighten ur knees, its very important if u dnt u can injure yrself and ur dancing will look bad. try to practice that with extensions and streching, then ur dancing will b spectacular

  • this may sound dumb but how do u rubberize pointe shoes?

  • in all of your vids your knees are not straight so really work on it it bugs me oh and very cute ferret

  • feret?

  • ur rely gud and ur feret iz so cute lol

  • is that how ur feet normally straighten? i know its really hard to keep them straight my legs hyperextend but i think mine aren't strong so they become bent ur knees might need more strengthening

  • pretty feet :] keeping your core/stomach and butt tight lol will help you straighten your knees and pull up and help you balance a ton. :]

  • straighten ur knees other than that good job

  • is that a feret that was running??

  • hahah why yes it was!

and thank you all for your nice comments :]

  • Great job and don't let anyone steal your dreams. You are GREAT!

  • you're really good! i was looking through some of the comments and someone said "nice ferret" and i was like "a ferret is mentioned in this vid?!" so i watched it again and saw the ferret, lol :) its very cute :)

  • tu devrais tendre tes jambes par pitié !!!

  • constructive criticism: relax your fingers and lengthen them.

also straighten your standing knees. and roll through your feet.

    :-)

  • what brand shoe do you prefer?

  • nice ferrett

  • Hey. Just wondering how many classes you take a week and how many pointe shoes you usually go through a year thanks. Im so subscribing to you! =D

  • hello there, thanks so much for your nice comment. I take 7 classes 6 days a week, and I usually go through about 2-3 shoes a year. depending on the brand I use

  • really cause i go threw like 150 no joking but i guess that is right cause i am pre pro.

  • are you getting the right brand? that doesn't sound right for anyone really...pre pro or not since I am at a high level as well. for a while I was getting many shoes but decided it was the wrong brand. I think you may need to do the same as well. but what works for you is great :D my strong feet can really keep a pointe shoe for a while also! which is a really good thing

  • Omg! teh ferret! I have two of them! 1.) Gorgeous face. 2.) it looks like you're putting your weight on your baby toe, thats a no no. 3.) babe, break in your shoes more! And 4.) GREAT turn out, I love it!

  • wow thank you very much for your nice comments! they mean so much to me! and these shoes were practically just out of the box and were broken in like a day later :P I break my shoes in SUPER quick! thanks again! <3

  • ur pretty good! lol the ferret was cute and funny

  • thanks very much <3 I love my ferret she's the funniest think hehe

  • haha the ferret!! that was too funny oh geez...good job tho!! you have good strength!

  • hehe I love ferrets! so cute and funny! and thank you very much <3

  • oh yes. another thing, pull up and try to make your changements abit bigger, but that will come when you're stronger :)

  • yup. basically just straighten your legs and remember to keep the turn out when you land from your releves/rises. and in the pirouette position, try to turn out more and place the tip of your pointe at the side of your knee. You'll look much better. Alot of improvement from the first vid.

  • just straighten your legs, that will make you look much stronger and will help you become a faster and sharper dancer.=)

  • That's awsoe for new shoes! I've seen you earlier videos and that isn't as good in comparison but obviously that's because the shoes are new and you can't do as much until they're completely broken in.

    Also.....I LOVE YOUR FERRET!!!!!!! XD

I've wanted a ferret for ages but I'm not allowed one.

    The excuse. Four cats. ¬_¬

  • Don't get me wrong.

I love my cats to bits!! XD

  • ok, that was pretty good, the ferret made me laugh so much! and also dollifjol or whatever the bloody hell ur name is, u suck way more than her, and i know that because i only think nice people are cool! and ur horrible, really really horrible, and u need a life. ballerina612, that was beautiful and dont let SOME OTHER PEOPLE (dollifjol) get you down because i thought that was beautiful. OOH YOU DID BALLET SINCE U WERE THREE, NOBODY CARES.

  • thank you very much I appreciate the kind words :) and I don't let anyone get me down ;)

    ( :P at dollifjol!) hehe

  • that's really really cool i take ballet too but i'm not in pointe shoes yet.

  • the ferret thing really cracked me up. like.. i just about died. also... yeah most of things i was going to say have apparently already been said.. your knees and you could tell those shoes were new. the arches weren't giving for anything. lol. also make sure when you're bringing your foot up to passe you don't sickle and you really work your turn out. other than that, good job.

  • Question: (I don't know if people actually asked you this or not because I didn't read any of the other comments)

What are you doing with your amrs on the releves? (sp?) Because it looks like your just like flining them around like their noodles. Just wondering.

    Thanks!

  • well, I'm rising them up and down, but in a ballet way, lol, they're not being flung, they're controlled

  • It doesn't look like it to me. It looks like their almost touching her body...which their not suppposed to, unless that's the way you wanted them to be. Just contructive critisim. (sp?)Btw, i like your farat...although, it kind of freaked me out. lol.

  • what's almost touching my body??? and you spelled ferret wrong

  • lol. I'm totally not trying to dis your ballet...you have grea form don't get me wrong. On 3:29 your hands are touching. I'm just wondering if that's how you wanted it to be. Sorry, I've never spelled ferret in my life before none of my reality friends ever had one. lol. Anways, just wondering.

  • oh I understand I just didn't know what you meant by "touching" and lol yeah not many people have ferrets :)

xifallingskilz-thanks so much for your advice! and haha yes she is a cute little one ;)

  • okey. but one thing, this was so boooooooooring

  • i´m sorry that i upset you. i have danced since i was 3 years old hehe.. and i didn´t think this video was so impressive

  • I'm sorry that I upset you? if you were really sorry you would have thought before telling a dancer they suck. and who cares if you dance when you're 3, your mind doesn't really process what you're learning until you're atleast 6 so big whoop. stop being mean and putting people down...save the act

  • this really...........

    sucks, according me :)

  • dollifjoll-you don't dance do you?

xkirbyofacex-yes these were brand new! they are now broken in and looking gorgeous! yay! buuuutttt they're dead and I got new ones! video coming soon I hope!and thank you so much for your nice comments! dancelotsolove-I'm working SO hard on my knees! my calves kill! lol can't wait to show you my improvment! <333

  • I could be wrong but it looks to me like your shoes arn't really broken in and supporting your heels. I really dont know because it is hard to tell. But according to me you are doing fantastic.

  • make sure to straighten your knees on pointe

  • Thank you for commenting on my pointe video! I will consider what you said when I start taking classes again in september. Your feet look pretty good on pointe, just that your knees and/or ankles are doing something strange. Watch your hands hehe! ;]

  • thanks for your comment! and your welcome for your comment hehe. yes when I make videos I don't think about my arms, though it's what I realllly think about in class...strange yes haha oh well! I have to watch out thanks!

19christi70-if you're new to pointe carpet is best because you don't normally do things that could be harder on carpet (like pirouettes) but if you've been doing it for a while, no need for carpet :)

  • LOL-I love how your ferret runs across the floor like that xD Anyways, I think you dance really well. I started taking lessons back in September...so yeah-not on pointe yet. My frineds say that dancing on pointe is PAINFUL....heh-when I'm watch someone dance-it doesn't look very painful ((guess I'll being thinking differently once I get to pointe... =/ )).

  • trust me...you WILL be thinking differently LOL I waddled like a penguin cuz it hurt so much! buuuut...it doesn't hurt anymore so just do it a lot and suck it up ;D haha and thanks for your comment!

  • You're welcome! =)

About how long did it take for you to get to pointe?

  • hello, ive been dancing pointe for 5 years and im only 13, i have really good training and i think that u roll out ur ankles just a little bit but this is alot better than ur video titled "pointe dancing 3"

  • well I'm so happy this is a free bragging space cuz you're doing great! not to be mean, but people who gloat turn other people off. It doesn't matter how long you've been dancing. I've had excellent training and even if you've been dancing longer, I'm sure you're not that much better. so get over yourself. I don't mean to come off mean but you need to hear that. and thanks for your nice comment...

  • was that ur ferret that ran across?? lol. ur beding ur knees alot... and ur hands? that must jus b a mistake how they were all ricked sorta... nice ankles!! Loved ur socks!!! lol xx

  • yup that was a ferret! and yes I've been working on those tricky knees! new vid...better knees! I've improved SO much with my knees since I just started dancing! I'm so happy! thanks for the advice! and thanks about the sock and ankles ;)

  • ive always wonderd this and im going to sound stupid but is it bad to rise on to pointe on carpet?? please anyone tell me i want to know. i just always wonderd

  • it's not bad it's actually easier when you don't have rubber on your shoes. but once you get onto the actual dance floor you're going to tell the difference and it may be a little hard to apply the work you've done on your rug to the dance floor. but no it is not "bad"

  • thanx u so much for answering my question it really helpped a lot

  • My dance teacher said it is good to do pointe on carpet but i dont like it. It hurts worse i think beacause you cant slide your feet on the ground.

  • you have great feet!! Much improvement from the other video you posted! :D I'm so jealous of your arches. how long have you been dancing?

  • thank you very much! the shoes aren't even broken in that much so I much much appreciate that! :) I have been dancing for 7/8 years.

  • excellent then!! I've been dancing for almost 15 years. This year is only my 2nd year of pointe.

  • Love the echappeés! You really have strong legs and feet to get to roll to pointe while on retiré!

Btw, don't you have a guepard out there too? LOL :)

  • thanks a lot for your nice comments! and (whats a guepard?) hehe

  • Yea that would have been cool!!! I auditioned in Chicago.

  • ooh that sounds fun! Im going to Joffrey Midwest this summer! :)

  • are you serious! I was going to audition for that! but the only 2 audition days were days I was actually dancing! and because of recital I had to miss the auditions! :( I would have seen you there!!!!

  • Wow you are improving a lot from your other video with your 'new' pointe shoes. But i agree with everyone who is saying stuff about your bent knees--- keep them straight! lol that floor looks slippery be careful! in your other video you said that you are going to two intense schools-- what are they????

  • thanks for your comment. and yeah the floor was very slippery! and yeah I'm going to Koslov and coupe in rockland county new york.

  • Must work on keeping yours knees straight in tendu,

or you will suffer from injury...

  • haha wow that's drastic, and not logical... if I bent my leg in the opposite direction in tondu than maybe, but you don't hurt yourself from a slightly bent knee. thanks for commenting me though

  • I like your feet, but it looks like your leaning over to your left side instead of centering yourself. And also remember to straighten your legs all the way !

  • thanks straightening is hard for me. but I get over my center pretty well :) thanks for commenting!

  • Beautiful and cute ferret! :P

  • You seem to be very comfortable on pointe. Good balance and nicely arched feet. Just try to work on REALLY straightening you knees on your echappes. Other than that I love your vids, you are SO great. Post more soon :)

  • thanks so much for your nice comment! it's much appreciated! and yes, I've been working on the legs! the legs the legs! everytime I fix something there's something else to work on! haha but that's dance for ya! thanks a lot for your comment! :D

  • Sooo amazing... wow..

  • @.o Don't worry, I don't even wanna know. It was just a point.

  • and dancerofearth, why were you even looking between her legs?

  • 0.o actually could she not answer that one...haha thanks for sticking up for me :)

  • OK it was ok but like wat is that thing inbewteen ur legs is that a period pad lmao!!!!!

  • it's part of the tights. it lets you stretch a little farther without it ripping as easily when you have them. and why are you shallow enough to try and embarass someone?

  • I cant see ur legs much..Its kinda sunny...BTW,,Good job!!

  • I know! horrible lighting but yet you can still see fine so it's k :) thanks for the compliment

  • waw.You have pretty and strong feet..Just when you are en pointe try to hold you knees stright becouse you are tempted to bend them a little..good work!

and uh..what is that?a skunk?:)you have so many animals there..niceee!

  • my biggest problem is straightening my knees! thanks for noticing because I didn't, hehe and no it's a ferret. she's so silly running around everywhere! :P

  • u do have beautiful feet and arches...wow...im not sure if u were using ur arms but if u were just watch ur hands, a little more graceful...but ur AMAZING

  • thanks about the hands and arms thing. It's what I'm known for, graceful arms and hands, buuuttt in vids I seem to have a problem with that :( but don't worry on stage, and class they're SO much more graceful! thanks!
