I just wanted to let you know how much you are impacting my workouts. I was stuck in an exercise rut, and I started doing your workouts 2 months ago. To date, I have already lost 12 pounds, and gained so much more confidence in my routines.
I tried this workout in the gym today, and I just want to let you know that I had guys lining up and staring at me from outside the studio. One of them came up to me and said, "We were all staring to see if you could finish it...YOU ROCK!" :-)
Hi, quick question your pure protein and vegetable diet - I work long hours and most nights don't have the time to prepare + cook fresh vegetables. Would tinned vegetables be acceptable in this case?
When I quizzed my doctor she recommended as a light snack a small can of vegetables mixed with a small can of tuna flakes but I'm concerned about any additives/sweetners they may use in them.
It might not be as nice as fresh vegetables but would be better for nights where I get in late from work.

I don't understand how you can be in such amazing shape when you only do 10 minutes exercise per day.
At the most, you are burning 100 calories.
Still - one of the best arses I have ever seen. Best abs too.
