  • If they wanted to bring back the time lords all they needed to do was to tell the Doctor that it was a test. they could of blocked the feelings from the Time Lords from the doctor thus why he didn't feel the Master.

    Personally the Time Lords were holding the series back in the late 80s. However they could be used in the future.

  • DT is just not coming back unless its as the human doctor. He has done his stint and maybe if they had written some better scripts he would have stayed on. Its obviously got old for him.  As for Donna well Catherine Tate is a busy lady so probably would not return as a full companion again. Matt Smith will work out as I have seen him in Ruby and the Smoke. The Timelords are going to give a complete life cycle to The Doctor for saving them
