I was lucky to have been born in 68, so I got to hear 60s, 70s, 80s. After the early 90s, it really died down. Saw Firehouse the year they hit it big with Tesla. Seen Kiss a few dozen times in/out/in makeup, Ted Nugent, Skid Row, Slaughter...you name it. One year Was Skid Row opening, then Ted Nugent, then Kiss. Best entire night I have ever seen. First time I have seen the seats get filled for all 3 acts.

I must have been about 21...maybe 22 when I went and seen these dudes at a bar in Kansas City. They rocked the entire block! We must have got there at a good time because we managed to squeeze into the actual bar to see the party.

These guys were wailing hard, woman were bumping and grinding like sex was no object, and everyone was singing at the top of their lungs to the tunes. I've been to plenty of concerts, but that was by far the coolest experience. May the 80's forever rock on!
