It's a shadow. If it was a shockwave, the cloud would move. It just goes dark. A shockwave would also be a disk shape tangental to the direction of flight. It would be planar not linear.
It's a shadow of the contrail from the rocket. If you notice the sun is illuminating the right side of the contrail. The contrail is between the sun and the cloud...once the rocket contrail reaches the cloud...it cast a shadow on the cloud. If you don't believe me just look at the bump on the contrail...it's reflected onto the shadow on the cloud. if you look at the cloud, you can clearly see that it is not a thick cloud. there are areas all around in the cloud that you can see right through it. the cloud itself is very thin. the missle ends up going past the cloud and ABOVE the cloud. what you're seeing is an optical illusion because there's no way to tell how high the cloud or missle is but if you use COMMON SENSE, you can clearly see it's a shadow caused by the smoke of the missle!

Do you understand how Line of Sight works? If it had gone over and was casting a shadow, the cloud would block the view of the missile itself as it went higher. But it doesn't, the cloud never obstructs the view of the missile itself, you can actually see the missile plume blocking out part of the cloud as it passes under. Game over.

why do you think something is travelling through it? the smoke from the missle flying up is starting small (at the missle end) and gets bigger. the SHADOW in the smoke to the left starts off small (on the right side) and shoots to the left and then gets bigger (because the smoke from the missle flying up is getting hit by the sun on the right side). the smoke of the missle is bright on the right and dark on the left. sunlight is coming from right to left. understand? watch it again!

Interesting. I rather keep an open mind on this one. Any explanation without experimentation are but conjectures - sonic shock waves, shadows from the missile etc etc - are but arm chair reasoning.
Whatever caused the cloud to split into two is bewildering. But definitely it must be opaque to do that.
Is Buzz Aldrin James Lovell and Frank Borman seeing this?

After numbers of playing I finally got the ANSWER! is not UFO is the missile shock wave that affect the sudden change of direction of this thin smoke. Our naked eyes can't see the shock wave of the missile.

Great video...I was hoping to see how those rips in the cloud looked as they were taking place. This is the 1st video I have seen where it is happening.
I have video of rips in clouds such as the one in this video, but my videos have the rips after they were done.

You can believe what you want, but the video evidence is clearly showing that it is not a shadow, but rather is a cloud ripping apart.
The missile hasn't reached the cloud and the rip that is formed is completely opposite of the direction of the missile smoke.

if you look at the cloud, you can clearly see that it is not a thick cloud. there are areas all around in the cloud that you can see right through it. the cloud itself is very thin. the missle ends up going past the cloud and ABOVE the cloud. what you're seeing is an optical illusion because there's no way to tell how high the cloud or missle is but if you use COMMON SENSE, you can clearly see it's a shadow caused by the smoke of the missle!

Do you understand how Line of Sight works? If it had gone over and was casting a shadow, the cloud would block the view of the missile itself as it went higher. But it doesn't, the cloud never obstructs the view of the missile itself, you can actually see the missile plume blocking out part of the cloud as it passes under. Game over.

it's not a cloud. it's smoke from another missle test. you can clearly see it winding around. you can see right through it because it's thin. that's why when the missle goes above it, you can still see the missle clearly. you need to get it out of your head that the missle is under the smoke when it actually isn't... it passes the smoke, causes the shadow then passes above the smoke. watch it again...

why do you think something is travelling through it? the smoke from the missle flying up is starting small (at the missle end) and gets bigger. the SHADOW in the smoke to the left starts off small (on the right side) and shoots to the left and then gets bigger (because the smoke from the missle flying up is getting hit by the sun on the right side). the smoke of the missle is bright on the right and dark on the left. sunlight is coming from right to left. understand? watch it again!

Look again, even if it were a shadow the right side of the cloud is thicker than the left which is further away. If a shadow the sun would but above and to the right. It starts on the right side of cloud and moves left. Freeze it a see that the left side of the cloud is a thinner spit. If a shadow this would be the opposite, shadows disperse.
Also its too well defined.
Not a shadow, not a side jet blast either.

This cloud breakage is a phenomenon known as an ICD, or idiosyncratic cloud disperson. An ICD is a result of a ("RITG"), or rapidly-induced thermal gradient caused by fluxuations in the earth's magnetic field. Sorry to debunk the entirely crazy--but nonetheless fun--UFO theory.
