This game would've been better if they had spent a bit more time on it. AI sucks, running is a bit weird, story and the levels tend to get boring after a while.

This is one of the funnest games I have played, There are many character customizations along with using your multiplayer character in campain. I've had this game for over 8 months and I enjoy it to this day.

Looks like the running may be a tad slow. I understand they have armor on, but after fighting with it on for so long, they should move at a normal pace (assuming they aren't new recruits, but then I beg the question of what idiot would send greenhorns into that situation?). Game does look fun and the diversity of action is appealing. Just by looks I would rate 6-8/10 because I don't really get the full scope of combat here.

same planet but new places/environments, more VS suits, intense battles and the online play is simply amazing..

if you have a piece of gaming skill in your arsenal than this game is for you, however, if your hands are more accustomed to wii sports or other kiddie games than it's a tough 1 to crack..

Yea btw I'm not American. Halo and Gears is good, but I think because of Lost Planet 2 it made me love TPS. Halo were great, but I think it shouldn't be overrated. I can't wait for Halo Reach and Gears of War 3, but I would like Lost Planet 3 to be in development. The Lost Planet series is just awesome and it pulled me away from Halo and Gears. I just hope the reviewers are racists or I'll be very mad because I'm Asian.

@Leovenardo capcom have released info about a new patch that will be available for free to fix & upgrade the game mechanics of lost planet 2 - check it out by typing in 'lost planet 2 patch update' in google and you'll see for yourself..

it will address certain issues like respawn points, balancing of the weapons, improved harminzer and sprint capabilities..

sounds awesome & hopefully they will add new weapons & abilities in the future or announce lost planet 3..

@Ratched45 to be honest i really dont know. If you havent played the first one this wont make a lick of sense. To break it down, in LP1 that planet was frozen over, some guy did stuff that NEVEC doesen't like. He makes parts of planet it warm again. in LP2 planet thermal energy is unstable, akrid are big and mad, people are fighting over thermal enegry as usual, big akrid on center of earth appears that will trigger another ice age, guys have to kill it with laser, NEVEC is hogging that laser.

The game is quite same goes for online matches. The only problem is Campaign. The game is about Co-Op with you're team if you ever go online, but nooo....its a free for all! Some might work together while others act stupit being a show-off getting their ass-kick! But still at least they learn their lesson and manage to learn some strategy and weak spot.
