My high school band is regular sized, I guess. 4 clarinets {including me}. 2 baritones. 6 saxophones {barry, alto, you know...}. 2 flutes. 1 trombone. and like 9 or more trumpets. Lol. Our band director is Mister Ralph Ayers. He is so freakin' awesome!

we have a huge band. like 150-200 people. 7th grade. the 7th graders (duet ppl) who played this we're better in my oppinion. they didn't squeak. it just sound a lil off to me but it was really good. :D :D

wow! In my band we have about we have somewhere around 10-15 clarinets. We have about six low brass. About 7 trumpets. 6 percussionists. I think you need percussionists because they make the band more exciting and they keep the beat where as the other instruments have the melody. Percussionists are the icing in a cake.

we have beginning band and advanced band.

Beginning Band has:

2 trumpets

1 flute

1 trumbone (spell). Thankfully there aren't any percussionists. I can't stand those peoples. I grew up with both of them though. One's tried to push me off a building lol. Then the trumpet player broke my wrist and almost broke the Sax player's ankle. Our band is very violent lol. Mrs. Bentley's rule is No Bruising lol.

the tone issues really get in the way of a good preformance. The style is not being felt either...just sounds like people reading music instead of feeling it. Find a recording of this and listen to it.
