@micfiends haha so how was pac vs moesly haha i hope you didnt actually think it was going to be good i didnt even watch it and im a huge boxing fan but i knew it was a waste of money
I get chills watching this round. I remember watching this live, and after round 2, I knew that this was going to be an awesome fight (I absolutely LOVE infighting, Toney, Tyson etc.). I had no idea how awesome it was actually going to be.
I honestly do not like the fact that corrales spit his mouth piece and cheated in order to not get knocked out. thumbs down on the way it ended. lets have all fighters spit their mouth piece when they are on the verge of losing.
He didn t have the greatest chin . He had the biggest pair of balls! Much like Gatti,he could be hurt. But also like Gatti hurting him was a dangerous thing to do.Thats what made them GREAT!!
Then my friend you truly are blessed. I couldn't of said it better. The was hands down the greatest fight of all time. Gatti vs. Ward, Barrera vs. Morales 1 yeah its up there.
@JasonEA but my favorite will always be billy conn v. joe jouis I. billy throwing like 8 punch combos and rocking louis, hard, in the 12th (today's fights...he woulda won) and then him deciding to slug w/ it... right uppercut, left hook, right cross. (cameras flash) joe louis is still the G.O.A.T *(hw wise) ....
who is castillo's trainer? i think castillo is not fihting intelligently. he is tall fighter yet he opted to give up that advantage by fighting a "phone booth" style.
@oasis4ever92 Chico was tall, but what he did not have like most tall fighters was a reach advantage. His reach was small compared to other fighters of his height, which is why he was a very good inside fighter.
U must mean Corrales is a tall fighter.. But the thing is Corrales knew he had the height advantage but he had said before he wanted 2 make it a good fight even Steve Albert the commentator said Corrales is making this a good fight because he chose 2 stand toe 2 toe with Castillo and in return we got 1 of the greatest fights ever in boxing
I miss Corrales so much and Castillo too, he retired recently!! R.I.P Diego Corrales (1977-2007), who had one of the greatest chins and heart in boxing history with an outstanding boxing record (40-5-33 KO's). Farewell Jose Luis Castillo, who had a legendary career (56-9-48 KO's) and a bunch of memorable fights. Both legendary fighters and The Greatest Fight Of All-Time In The History Of Boxing!!!
thanks for the upload!

My friend, it was my night of nights. The only shame was that there were only about 4,000 people in the Mandalay Bay Events Centre for the fight.
BUT...the fight created such a buzz that the rematch produced a live gate that topped $5Million.
We might never get two fighters better suited for each other than these two were.

correction, the greatest fight of OUR time, there were many wars like this in the early part of the last century. Look up Stanley Ketchel.
