  • Whoever does her makeup really shouldn't line her waterline with black. Her eyes look small and squinty.

  • why m i always more interested in all comments below dan actual video of her?!

and why does she thinks dat evrything is "great' 'beautiful" and "perfect"?? hasent she looked at the food she made?!

  • @avan549 it's because those are the only words in her vocabulary

  • This is amazingly delicious, but the way the bread sounded when she was sawing it... I wonder if we ate concrete.

  • why would someone watch a video that he or she doesn't like? bored? nothing to do? or secretly liking it ?

  • @iselie1 Because these are hilarious.

  • @iselie1 Because I went to Culinary school, and I love being HORRIFIED ;)

  • I do all the cooking for myself and my husband... We were watching some Sandra Lee videos last night and I made him promise me that if I was in a freak accident where I lost my arms and couldn't cook, that he would swear to me he'd never feed me any of her recipes LOL.

  • I'd make my own pesto sauce but this recipe isn't bad at all.

  • I love how she dresses like a good country housewife/mother and then opens the fridge at 0:03 and it's filled with alcohol...

  • @daliagon17 ROFL ! I didn't notice until I read your comment. She's like valley of the Dolls!

  • LMAO. "You're going to marinade your little chicken strips...these are boneless/skinless, by the way." Gee, I didn't realize you could by boneless chicken strips. I thought all chicken strips came bone in. *rolls eyes*

  • i love reading these comments

  • FINTASTIC

  • How to make Pesto Chicken: Buy Chicken. Buy Pesto.

  • This looks freaking delicious!!

  • Holy freaking basil you food-murdering wench.

  • if that cheese will hold everything together, why did that tomato fall out?

  • i wonder if any of her friends had any tummy upset after eating her food O_O

  • this isnt a true panini. this is a sandwich that she put on the grill. a panini is made with a panini press surprisingly, this isnt a shit recipe like the other 99% of her vids. just....thats so huge....and basil overload!

  • It's a meal within a meal.......it's MEALCEPTION!!!

  • No pre-sliced tomato?

  • "and everyone i meet loves it!"

she asks people their feelings on ciabatta bread upon meeting them i guess.

  • i feel sorry for her friends.. they have to eat her food :/

  • I love how she just has basil growing in the fridge. I can only suspend my disbelief so much.

  • That definitely looks like guacamole that's been left out too long. Yuck!

  • and it's beeeeeyuutiful!

  • pre made pesto, pre-slice mozzarella???You call that cooking???

  • I LOVVEE IT!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ive just started making wow vids and i get like 100 views per video we need to make it more equal me and i will you back , Remember together to the top

  • Why did she use the bottom of the pan on her food? Isn't that the side that touches dirty benches and could have anything one it?

  • Aw, I kinda like her despite being a formally trained chef. I bet she's a right laugh to have a drink with!

  • Wait, so when I make a sandwich I'm supposed to cut the long way? Jesus-fucking-Christ have I been slicing it wrong all these years!

  • I can't believe she actually got a job on TV to show people how to cook. She is almost a parody of a cooking show, it's like watching a SNL skit.

  • "that cheese holds everything together perfectly" well sandra if it held everything perfectly why did the tomato fall out O.o?

  • if it's a panini, why is she using ciabatta?

  • @PinkkBubblegum Traditionally Panini's are made with Ciabatta or another italian white bread

  • Why didn't she just buy this in the freezer section and claim because she reheated it, it's semi-homemade?

  • "I'm gonna put this on the grill with a nice big heavy skillet on top, just like they bake it in a restaurant!" Um what the fuck kind of restaurant weights down a sandwich with a frying pan? Even measly coffee shops have panini makers. Foolish woman.

  • @eabeisel

At the restaurant I work at,Paninis are not nearly popular enough to justify the cost of a panini maker. We do it exactly the way she did.

  • @eabeisel Also, and I can't believe I'm defending her, she said bacon, not bake in.

  • @eabeisel No. she said just like they do BACON in a restaurant.

  • what's the obsession with mayonnaise?!

  • A: The pesto looks like a dog barfed up grass.

B: "Nice crusty bread" does not make me hungry,

C: What kind of girl would eat that shit when they're 10? Seriously, I want mac and cheese, not "high brow" food.

  • the pesto looks like dog shit.

  • You and me more like everyone who watched this video :L

  • Lol i thought the heavy skillet was heated and freaked out when she put her hand on it.

  • ....Just who on god's green earth would mix PESTO with MAYONNAISE!?!

"All of that cheese holds everything PERFECTLY!"......yet, the bottom of the sandwich looked like it was about to FALL APART when she lifted it up, especially when you put too many fucking vegetables on the damn thing. Dumbass doesn't know shit about making paninis.

  • @wespolly She didn't mix the pesto in with the mayo. She marinated the chicken with it. Are you retarded? Besides, a lot of people mix herbs in with mayo. It wouldn't be too different from that. It's funny how people look for any little reason they can to tear this woman apart. I actually met her in person and she's a very sweet lady. It's funny how you people hate on this woman for using prepackaged food, when most Americans do the exact same thing. Grow up.

  • @LaceHearts .....Lady, I don't know what kind of an ignorant, trailer ridden, backwater town your from, but NOBODY that I know of ever mixes herbs with mayo.

The only reason we criticize her is; 1) she dropped out of a culinary school only after 2 weeks, yet she has her own show, 2) she does a lot of recipes in a completely incorrect way, and 3) she doesn't even know how to cut onions properly for god's sake.

In my house, we do everything from scratch. How hard is it to chop veggies, seriously??

  • @LaceHearts ....and yes, she DID mix the mayo with pesto. Did you even bother watching the video? She did that at 1:56-2:10. I would say YOU are retarded for not paying any fucking attention.

  • @wespolly what's wrong with mixing pesto and mayo or herbs and mayo?

  • @swiftset It's just tastes nasty.

But then again, that's just my opinion.

  • I wish she hadn't added the mayo

  • Want to get a headache? Play two Sandra lee videos at the same time, there, now you have a headache.

  • @soappop i heard that maybe illegal in some states though

  • @squirrelnut LMFAO!

  • couldnt she just buy a panini maker? LMFAO

  • @glitterbabe12345 Probably, but I have seen other REPUTABLE chefs on TV use a heavy skillet to weigh down something they're cooking, so I guess it's not unheard of.

  • Can this bitch do ANYTHING herself?

  • tchi-patta bread?

  • @BulletproofCupid lol it's ciabatta i think.

  • haha.

    she slurred.

  • It's annoying how she abuses the words "wonderful", "fantastic" and "nice".

  • That's not pesto chicken....... IT'S FUCKING SOYLENT GREEN!

  • She reminds me of sarah palin.

gosh, I need to wear my sunglasses to watch this video

  • llllllllllluncheon!

  • and to say I use to love watching her.

  • Too much pesto, but this actually looks pretty good. See what you can do when you're not drunk to shit, Sandra?

  • that bread sounds really tough after it was on the grill

  • I've never heard of Chew-Pata bread it looks similar to Ciabatta bread, though, I wonder if it tastes similar as well...

  • 1:24 looks like she is cooking turds

  • Its always store bought with her. Im supprised that she doesnt have a show made someday with her shooting her own cow and using the beef without it being processed.

  • she sucks

  • "you don't have to make it, but you get to take all the credit for it." You know, it's called "denial" when you claim you're being efficient but are really just too drunk to think for yourself.

  • "in the 'frigerator'" Wow.

  • that pesto looks like my shit after a night of heavy drinking.

  • that pesto looks like a swamp thing. i love aunt sandy though :D

  • you people fucking complain too much jesus christ!

  • 5:25 "smoking hot" no, sandra, i thought it would be ice cold after you put it on the heated grill.

  • everyone loves the thing that she cooks LOL

  • Notice how she wastes like 1/4 of the tomato while chopping the top off x(.

  • ciPatta bread..? and her special little trick for melting the cheese was.. heating it up? Oh Sandy, you are such a magician <3

  • 0:03 Look in the ridge, LOL!!!

  • Does she not realise there's a difference betwene blending flavours and making everything taste exactly the same? Pesto with a side of pesto? Really mixing things up.

  • Oddly, watching Sandra make this recipe always makes me hungry for pizza. I don't know why, it just does.

  • the concept of this sandwich is a good one. if you just made it more f/ scratch it'd be good, but i wouldn't use mayonnaise.

  • Wow--mayonnaise and pesto. Oh, the humanity.

  • Just shut up and eat the damn thing!!

  • I think the best part is Sandra's unique bread-cutting technique.

Instead of the boring, TYPICAL way of cutting slices of the ciabatta so everyone gets a proper individual panini--how blasé!--Sandra cuts the WHOLE LOAF lengthwise so everyone has to try and lop a chunk off of a huge honkin' sandwich without all the chicken, tomato, etc. falling out. SOOPERDULLISHIZ.

Alternatively, she could have just soaked the bread in vodka overnight; CIABATTINIS, ANYONE?!

  • Comment removed

  • Also, she pronounced "ciabatta" differently every time she said it.

  • How does two giant spoonfuls of pesto equal 1/4 cup? She sucks at measuring.

  • @woahmycar Right!

  • the pesto looks like baby poo.. O.O

  • I think she needs to add more basil

  • ARGHHHH! she didn't add vodka! ~Cocktail Time~

  • One of the least offensive things I've seen her piece together

  • she loves basil on everything? i thought she liked alcohol or vodka in everything

  • @10mewmew10 She likes vodka with basil.

  • Oh god. If she was even afraid that she might dirty her hands marinating that chicken thing, why bother even doing a cooking show? As every granny and babies know, you marinate stuff with hand.

  • @Michelle2815CV marinating in a ziplock bag just keeps the flavours and scents from escaping, doesn't make a big difference if it's only for 15 minutes, though

  • @BlueSkyDaisukiAyumi That's the point. If that's her excuse, sorry, 15 minutes doesn't work.

  • I just made it and was excellent

  • Every single of her vids has a comedy factor - here it's the gigantic ciabatta, WTF?

  • Also, it may look yummy but: ciabatta is a very oily bread, she's using cheese, pesto and mayonnaise on it which are all oily foods. Great balance.

  • That pesto is the colour of bile.

    That's wrong.

  • I'm actually baffled by this; it's healthy and uses vegetables! Gotta give credit where it's due. This actualy looks edible and that's saying a lot when considering who's cooking.

The only thing I'd change is I'd post-marinate the chicken, as in first grill the chicken, then add the pesto and let sit for 15 mins to soak in flavors.

  • pesto is NOT supposed to be that color

  • @HaoProductions3 what color do you see? wash that computer screen!

  • @HaoProductions3 true!Pesto is supposed to be a lighter green than that!

  • @HaoProductions3 Just what color do you think it's supposed to be? Yellow? Blue? Pink? Purple. Hello, basil (what pesto is typically made of) is GREEN.

  • @UltimateGrobanite What he means is that that pesto is brownish, a.k.a. not fresh. Fresh pesto is supposed to be green. That looks like three-days-old guacamole.

  • @UltimateGrobanite darling.. dont be too quick to support aunt sandy, most of the time, no wait, all of the time, she IS at fault...in this case using dayS-old pesto..

  • @UltimateGrobanite

Sure, you can have purple pesto. Ever heard of purple basil?

  • I dont eat meat. so I could be wrong about this, but I thought the point of a marinade was to begin the cooking process by applying an acid to the meat? The pesto isn't that acid so I doubt it would infuse the chicken with much flavour. And pesto isn't that great for cooking with direct heat - much better to spread it or mix it in with cream cheese.

  • @maryade No, if the meat is already tender, there's no need to add acid to it. What I'M concerned about her is her vaugery about leaving meat out at room temperature. She doesn't say how long to marinate for, just that's its ok to do at room temperature! If someone was the leave their bag-o-chicken out overnight, there would be some serious risk of food poisoning.

  • Those aren't fillets, they're chicken tenderloins. Saying they're skinless is pointless because they come from under the chicken breast.

BTW, I think Sandra hates me now. I told all her girlfriends she dropped the tomato out of the sandwich and they told her they didn't want to be her friend anymore.

  • @greenleafslove she said tenders' at first, and maybe they skinned them at the store or where they were packaged, anyway wtv who cares anyway!!She dropped the tomato in this video?i don't get that last part of ur comment?!

  • @beauty1798 start watching at 5:45. the tomato flops out of her sandwich.

Personally, I think it was trying to escape.

  • u suck

  • the chicken pieces look disgusting!

  • should have just used 2 nice chicken breasts.

  • She is a talentless hack. Well, she must have some talent, but cooking isn't one of them....

  • her talent is being the town drunk

  • store-bought, much?

  • looks very tasty.
