Yes it has to be on Legendary about the effect its just like what it says at 0:10 The enemies fire faster and are more aggressive. about the more aggressive part, you have noticed how the enemies react when playing on easy right they dont fire very often and they dont really do much but stand there and shoot at you. When you change to a higher difficulty they fire a lot more often and are harder to deal with.

So getting the Angry Skull is kinda like increasing the difficulty a little bit. It was pretty funny after getting the skull i went and played on the Outskirts level and had an elite crouch walk up and melee one of the Marines in the back.

hes permenantely invisible because of a glitch with the envy skull. The skull lets mc have camo instead of flashlight, and a gltich makes the camo last until the next level

if you read what it says after the name of the skull it says enemies fire faster and are more agressive. meaning jackels or someone with a plasma pistol shoot as fast as a plasma rifle and enemies will actually try to sneak up and attack you insted of standing back and waiting

Sorry how I always try to correct your skull effects, but angry skull not only makes enemies shoot faster, but it also makes the AIs more intelligent in general, on both sides (e.g. throwing grenades more wisely, better aim, not firing guns in little bursts, etc.)

If you use this and catch skull together, it's like a grenade maelstorm, as everyone's using grenades more accurately and often.

its really easy to do and if u notice Im only invisible on Master cheifs levels. I dont Mod, modding is for losers that just like to THINK they are better then everyone else because they can run 20x faster then anyone else or can fire 200 sniper shots in 3 seconds.
