Looks to me like a British Colchester Lathe. Had one of those in the Toolroom I worked in here in the UK for the last 38yrs. looked a little slow to me for brass!!

the tailstock does not have a magnet............
It's held in by friction from the morse taper.

the video was shot on location at a machine shop in cedar lake, indiana on rte 41. i, the producer, live in valparaiso, indiana. hope that answers your question.
