Just my interpretation of this video: The question mark is the way of life, the point is the end. This green masked man represents temptation/the devil inside oneself, the women stand for disirable things in life. The bald man and the old man are the protagonist at different ages. The video deals with the development of oneself during life (e.g., Nik doesn't run after open doors after he had failed two times -> he becomes wise). In the end, he knows how he gets what he wants and finally has it.
