  • Won't stretching like this damage the rotator cuff muscle? I mean stretching it a bit is probably good but isn't this overdoing it? Especially if you completely take away the twisting of the torso.

  • i did stuff like this when i was recovering from a broken arm. I started out by playing "itsy bitsy spider" with the fingers.
