I am very glad Terry made TI. If not, I wouldn't be able to swim. One thing I'd like to point out is that while he is the father of TI, I believe Shinji has a better freestyle than he does. His body is straighter and it is more aesthetically pleasing. Now that varies from person to person but many people I have showed thinks Shinji's looks better.Still, props to Terry for going to so many cities and spreading TI.
Just did the weekend freestyle course in Chicago. Dramatic improvement in one weekend! It was interesting to watch Terry's TI method next to other swimmers starting at about 1:30 at the Masters World Championships. The others look like they are smashing their arms into the water as if trying to karate chop a cinder block while Terry looks so relaxed.
Just bought your DVD and looking forward to swim the open water.
