Been about a month now and it is working perfect the system never gets hot the ssd is still running top notch I have been leaving it on like 24/7. Games run smooth the only problem I'd have to say is sometimes when i type fast I would need to press the x key a little harder to have to input guess I havn't broken in all keys yet. Other then that I am very happy with my choice and would buy another Asus in 5 years :P
I wanted an MSI but I went with Asus. 1. It's 3D. 2. Better cooling. 3. I was forced buy best buy. They junked my old laptop and gave me store credit and the MSI I wanted was from Buy.com on the Best Buy website. They wouldn't give it to me. So I chose the Asus. I'm supposed to get it on Monday.
Yo i bought this computer from amazon like you. But, my battery has gone done to 11% so i plugged it in but the battery not charging it still at 11% do i have to shut the computer down then the battery will charge?
Those 3 here my 3 highest picked. Bu in the end it was the Msi and asus. I have had alienware in the past overheated, and I read some problems with it online , and even if I wanted a fast spec it would cost alot more. I chose the asus over msi because of 120hz is easy on the eye and runs alot smoother for first person shooters or what not. I know the masi has 570gtx better sound, but the Asus has 120 hz and better cooling ever laptop I have had gets hot even with cooler this one is Amazing!!!
Nice dude, can you make a video of the mouse; how many buttons does it have? And why did u get the solid state drive? Is it better for gaming? Is the 3d any good or is just a gimmick, is it as good as the movie theaters?And where did you buy this computer im guessing amazon?
@NBertuzzi SSD doesn't improve gaming but it loads windows and programs a ton fast and it has no moving parts inside making it less heat and less noisy. 3d is pretty crazy lol I played Heroes of newerth with it. It's basically just like if you went to an imax 3d movie theater. The mouse has to thumb buttons but its likr one up top and one below instead of side by side.a dpi button on top center and scroll wheel. I still love my razer mamba. :O.

you shouldnt have to mine was 2% when i got it but wave ouse to buttom on better should say plugged i chargging and should charge even when ur using.
