I am not fat or jealous. I come from a long line of skinny people. My dad, my grandmother, and my Great Aunt Jennie were all very thin when they were young. I was also very thin until I was 20. My mom is a doctor and she says that anyone who has a body mass index below 20 is "too thin".

Helen has the same body mass index as my dad did back in 1982. He is 5'8" and now has a BMI of 30.

At 117 lbs and a height of 5'6" I think that is too thin. Especially for a 48 year old woman.

Helen rules. She beat two great opponents, and their fans are upset about it. Tough. She did what she had to do to win, and most importantly she had Jillian as her trainer at the end. If Helen stays with Bob, she doesn't win the BL title.

Helen worked incredibly hard to achieve the results that led her to victory. First of all 117 is not at all too little for a petite woman of 5'4-she still has breasts and hips and muscles and looks pretty normal standing next to Jillian and Bob etc. Her daughter is pretty much an adult and just because she didn't make the decision you would have made doesn't make it wrong. They do edit the hell out of the show to create a story, that's why in the credits there are several writers.

Tara deserved to win the most, and I'd have been happy if Mike won too. But Helen was not my favorite, while I have nothing against her really she just seems to be in it for the fame and money whereas Tara and Mike were in it for the right reasons.

She played the game dirty by training with a wrestler training they have a technique to elimate water before competion. That is lost of WATER not fat. I would like to see her in a couple of weeks from now and see what she weighs. She doesn't look good at all the other two looked healthier and that is what the Biggest Loser should be about losing weight but looking healthy. She looks sick to alot of us come on. I don't think it should have been percentage. Mike lost 207 pounds. I really wanted Mike to win. A lot of people loved Mike and Tara but nobody really liked Helen. I am happy for her but I wanted Mike to win the entire thing.

Helen cheated. She admitted that she was working out with a trainer who trained her for wrestling. Wrestlers drop weight by dehydrating themselves. Her skin looked like the bodybuilders do in competition because they've stopped drinking. What did Bob and Jillian preach constantly? Drink water. Compare the skin of Mike and Tara who worked just as hard, but played fair. Helen just seems like the type who'd go to any length to win. Tara and Mike were both more deserving of the win.

To see her family cheering for her, when she looks so terrible, was sad to me. The amount of time she was home how did she not help her daughter to loose more wieght also. Shanon did NOT want to go home. She said that she would give her mom what she wanted. It sounds like a theme in their relationship where the daughter is the one used to doing the sacrificing. How disappointing. Helen should have given her daughter a chance at happiness, self confidence, finding someone instead of thinking about herself only. Clearly Helen would have been strong enough to do this on her own. Cathy and Ron are real parents who put their kids before themselves.

I like to think that things happened the way they did for a reason. But I do remember that episode so well... the look in Shannon's eyes when she knew she wanted to stay but so afraid that she would upset her mom. No editing in the world can mask the hurt she was feeling especially after they chose to send her home in the beginning.
