okay.i am the worlds greatest iron maiden fan.this solo is arguably the greatest of maiden.not an easy thing to say because they have so so many.but this cover is trully incredible.if murray retires you should definitly be hired by maiden.you are that good!!!!

i prefer to watch the full speed one rather than when its half speed i cant hear how it should sound when its slow but the slow bit helps on the really fast parts when he jsut noodles around i dont know if thats just me

By taking this lesson, then adding some of the live parts of the solos from a couple of their shows, I've found a good balance. Ever since I started dissecting these vids, my chops have greatly improved. I cannot thank you enough dude. And oh yeah. I subscribed.

ya gotta love that solo no matter who's playing it!!! i used to put the record on and play just the lead break over and over again 25 years ago when it first came out....really needs the wah pedal for the open/close effect on the treble freqs, though. where would dave murray's soloing be without one, right? nice job---done well for beginners to follow. oven in background adds "homey" touch, too!

Are u in a band? If ur not- form one! Even if u think ur too ol to get signed, you could get alot of good success on the club/pub scene around your country (wherever u live) and be a figure to be reckoned with- you play lead. don't cover songs, make ur own, but the rest of the band can think of the lyrics if u can't and u just hink of ur guitar parts. If u live in the uk and played in the northwest near me, i'd see u if you told me ur band name!
