I was there earlier in the day to check out what was happening. It was very peaceful yet direct to send a message to the Canadian goverment. I love my country of Canada, but we need actions like this to put a fire under our goverment leaders, who to date have been terrible about enabling real targets and reductions on emmissions.

Climate Justice is a basic human right. We deserve better...our planet deserves better. Time for real change in Copenhagen!

great going! we need governments to stop collaborating with the most polluting industries (like Shell and BP's tar sands partners) to protect these industries from what we all know is necessary. We need to leave hydrocarbons in the ground and launch a global Marshall Plan for real renewables (solar, wind, geothermal - not biomass, or nuclear) to replace hydrocarbons within 20 years as per Dr. Marc Jacobson's recent study in Scientific American.
