I dont apply for the GI Bill till 2011 but I been trying to get tons of info on this GI Bill Issue. But This video helps me understand more about the issue and understand more about what the VA is trying to do to fix the payment issues. But I thought the payments go directly to the school and that the students themselves only get the BAH and stripend for books through the mail? why are some students receiving money in the mail for tuition????
