At the end of Cloudbuster orgone 03 i decide to aim the up right part of cloud that was locked in +/- same shape from 15 min,than after that i aim this area...dissolves.I'was skeptic too but now less, after others experiments before this 3 video,i don't know but every time tha i aim my cloudbuster to a part of clouds (i try on +/- 30 clouds) the same part after 4/15 minutes max (depend volume of cloud) dissolve it and statistically is very impressive.
